This was a business trip. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The hotel restaurant prepared good food. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, cold ac, nice bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The food in the restaurant was delicious. ALL the hotel staff have been very kind, happy and accommodating.This hotel is great and all staff have great pride in customer service.

Yes the room was always spotless, the staff were always polite, friendly and willing to help. It was an all round great experience from the minute I got and until I left. The General Manager was also very polite and welcomed me at check-in.

It is it's a perfect place for relaxation, cost reasonable, good ambience and staff friendly.

I paid for a deluxe room, got to the room and the bathroom was a mess due to faulty plumbing from the sink and toilet seat was also broken. Someone was called to fix the problem but only made it worse. Intead of being moved to a similar room i paid for, i was moved to an inferior room with the promise it would be changed the morning after but no one did anything until i had to check out. I have stayed here in the past but my recent experience was an unpleasant one to say the least. Overall, the maintainance of this property is on the decline and whoever is in charge of supervising the general management has to be more demanding.

The staff were extremely warm and professional and always ready to help, and the food in the restaurant was exceptionally good, with a large variety.

Although, I was disappointed I was not provide iron and ironing board as listed online, I do like the hotel and will come back.

There were discrepancies with what was advertised and the hotel offering. Although the hotel made up for the shortfall, it might be advicable to renegotiate engagement with the establishment and probably update the information provided on the app.

The service was good it smells like mildew and I think the carpet needs to be pull up because it smells in there..everything else is great..
