This is an excellent hotel for a stopover in Nairobi - highly recommend. The staff were excellent in every part of the hotel but especially Elizabeth at breakfast service.

Layover Hotel - great airport location

Always an excellent stay at this hotel. Travel to Kenya several times per year and I always stay here the day I arrive and the night before traveling back to the US. Clean, convenient, excellent customer service.

Friendly reception; food for late nights arrivals not so good please very poor selection; rates are higher. They could provide a few Asian Indian dishes since the chief chef is an Indian. Overall it’s pretty good and we plan to return

Excellent services, friendly staff, especially the executive chef was so friendly, the dining room staff were welcoming and friendly. The managers on duty were helpful if you had issues or questions. I would visit the property again. Congrats to you all.

Although we stayed only one night on our way in and out of Kenya the room was great!

Although only one night I would have liked to stay longer. My first night in Kenya was very comfortable.

Everything is amazing even though you are in a fairly business services zone,with trucks moving outside.There is no adverse noise.The roof-top pool and sitting area is lovely.Shuttle to the airport such a bonus.
