Staff was mediocre. Hotel reeked of smoke.

Great hotel with wonderful views! Unfortunately, breakfast and lounge a bit too adapted to guests from India and Arabic countries. Quality has gone down since 2019,but still good.

The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms and big pool and gym. Unfortunately the personnel doesn’t feel so friendly, in many case they don’t even greet you. Such a pity for a 5 star hotel.

I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel with my family for three days, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and features a beautiful pool, dining area ,a and gym. The delicious breakfast was included in our stay, which was a great perk. The views of Tbilisi from the hotel are stunning, both during the day and at night. Additionally, the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing, as it sits right in the heart of the city.

The service at the reception is very professional and helpful. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in Tbilisi and this hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The rooms in hotel need a bit of refreshing. I been there 2 night and Jacuzzi in spa not worked ..

This was my second time in this hotel. Probably the best in the entire city. Compatible with the best hotels in Las Vegas.
