Room was spottless,very supportive staff

WiFi works well. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stuff very friendly. Easy pay with Visa card.

Nothing to mention about Rwanda and the the hotel redisson park in it was the best of the best and the best country to visit cleanest city in the world.

It was very clean hotel and also the rooms were very clean, also the staff were very polite and always helpful.

Fantastic staff, clean spacious rooms, and great food. I had a wonderful and restful stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Service was great, room was great. Food was very good too with the exception of one worm in broccoli and two incidents of hair in the spinach. I believe they should review their health procedures in the restaurant but I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing breakfast and comfortable bed

Clean room. Airport shuttle was great. We made our reservation several months ago and had reserved 2 beds. When we arrived at the hotel at 20:30 we were told our room wasn’t ready yet (?) and only one bed. Our traveling companions who arrived 30 minutes after us and had the same reservation we did was told they didn’t have a room and got shuttled to a different hotel.
