Polite and courteous staff. Clean rooms and good food.

Hotel managed organization in the reception and too much noise. Also breakfast was awful. Just 8.30 all foods finished , i requested 3 times to refill but didnt. For Americano they requested extra payment.they didnt have gluten free foods. Omlet is very bad.

Great Staff in Onomo Kigali, friendly and respectful team especially their Reception Team, whom accommodated my requests during my stay. Amazing food so I am sure their chief is extremely impressive as well as their waiters and waitresses were absolutely friendly and professional first class service. Finally the house keeping team, nothing short of perfect in keeping my room clean and organised, every single day with no expense spared in their efforts to also spray the room for insects as I requested. Thank you Team ONOMO and I appreciate all they have done from management to every staff member.

The staff was professional and courteous. The linen in the room was off color and looked old (used to be white but looks more like cream in color).

I never stayed at the hotel due to me missing my flight and I tried to cancel it throu the app but I couldn’t and also I tried to contact the property and it didn’t work
