The room was small, dark and really worn down. Not at all like the pictures. We upgraded to another room, but they asked for much more than we would have paid if we had booked the new room on Expedia. Felt like a scam. For that price we could have gotten a much nicer room at another 4 star hotell, but we had already paid in advance. The breakfast was not good at all. The staff was nice and helpful though, even though we had to ask a few times when we had been gone from 8 am - 3 pm and they still hadn’t cleaned our room.

The ocean view was amazing, and I just couldn’t get enough of it. Unfortunately, the internet connection wasn’t very stable or reliable. Overall, though, I’m still satisfied with my stay.

Personal ist OK, Zimmer und Handtücher ( Badetücher) werden nicht gereinigt oder getauscht. Man muss selber verlangen. Soll min 2 x pro Woche gereinigt/getauscht

The property location is good, but that’s about all I can say about it-although staff were helpful but rooms not cleaned regularly- Overall the property needs a renovation to keep up with the demand

Helt ok hotell. Härligt nära strand och bad som uppfyllde alla förväntningar. Personalen var tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma.

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til stranden. Også restauranten hvor frokosten, lunsjen og middagen ble inntatt i fem dager hadde en flott beliggenhet.

Had lovely sea view room. Pool area was outstanding. Fantastic restaurant. Central beachfront location with spectacular views and easy access to other restaurants and bars.

Bra läge, låg standard på rummet med vatten som knappt rann ur duschen. Helt ok men för det priset förväntar jag mig mer. Dyrt att handla överlag.

Tosiaan hotelli on remontin tarpeessa. Sateella huoneen katto vuosi pahasti, kylpyhuoneessa hometta (kuten monessa muussakin alueen hotellissa). Yksi pyyhe ja olisi ollut kiva myös käyttää erillistä kasvopyyhettä. Huoneessa tavaroille vain yksi kaappi & hylly. Sängyn patjassa isokuoppa ja vaatisi vaihtoa, muutenkin sänky oli erittäin lyhyt ja emme pystyneet nukkumaan suorassa. Ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin toimi hyvin, erittäin hiljaiset. Terassin tuolilla ei voinnut istua, erittäin hutera ja muutenkin epävakaa. Altaalla olevat aurinkotuolit ja aurinkovarjot vaatisivat myös uusimista. Uima-allas oli iso ja sitä putsailtiin jatkuvasti. Hotellista pääsee mukavasti suoraan rannalle, mutta rannalla ei saanut olla rauhassa. Agressiiviset retkimyyjät samantien kimpussa ja välillä tulivat jopa veteen asti myymään retkiä. Aamupala... Erittäin surkea ja kallis tarjontaan nähden, tästä ei kannata missään nimessä maksaa.

The property was great. The pool was convenient and there was plenty of sun chairs for the amount of guests. The resort has everything you need from a convenient store, massage, PADI shop and two restaurants. The happy hour is great but the food is so-so. The hotel staff are kind and very helpful. The staff at the restaurant are kind but sometimes on island time and orders aren’t always correct, which happens sometimes. Overall would recommend. The AC in our room didn’t blow all the way to the bedroom as it was in a corner. The fan breeze somehow could not go through the bed net. And the washroom stayed fairly humid and warm.

Positive is that the room was on the beach , very close to everything and the breakfast was great. However the room has black mold in the bathroom and air conditioning, the air-conditioning was leaking and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
