The place was amazing, but sadly so quiet due to the war

Started off with a few issues but the customer services personnel Ivan sorted out all the issues and made the stay more than enjoyable.

非常棒已经不能用来形容这家酒店了！真的太好了！从服务到房间和硬件都是一等一的好！每个人都很热情的提供各种帮助。Iven和他的同事们都特别好！一定要去漂和涂死海泥，一套完成真的非常嫩。对了，如果可以记得定SPA这幢楼的房间，第一景观无遮挡，非常高瞻远瞩！第二可以无限次进入SPA享受各种泡池和Jacuzi。而且做SPA打八折，一次回本！

1st day pool service was lacking. Just a handful of servers commingling around the bar. 2nd day much better. Service at the sea is excellent. Large rooms and comfy bed.
