I dont think a gym was installed in this hotel. Overall Yellowbird hotel was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was great with a lovely sea view. Cleanliness was excellent. Friendly cleaning staff Sonia was first class. The restaurant good. I recommend ths hotel. Will be back.

This was our second visit to Yellow Bird. The view is amazing and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful for the beaches and restaurants. We are hoping to return for a third visit!

Nice hotel in a prime location but is in need of refurbishment, which I believe is happening soon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

Perfect location, right at the beginning of the Gap strip. The staff were so sweet, personable & accommodating. The hotel itself is dated but it is CLEAN with a beautiful sunset view. I’ll be returning. Oh I guess I should add that if you need complete silence maybe the strip isn’t the right place for you.

Un petit hôtel charmant, les chambres sont grandes et donnent sur la mer. Le personel au petit soin spécialement Monique qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable! Ce n’est pas de leur faute mais les restaurants autour sont très très bruyants le soir, cela ne nous a pas dérangés mais prévoyez les boules quies. En journée c’est un havre de paix réveillé au bruit des vagues et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Nous espérons revenir très vite.

The room was old and basic, but the staff was wonderful and the location was unbeatable. We left to go to a "resort" which had better amenities, but wish we'd had stayed here instead due to the location and staff!

Nice room, but absolutely not the expected view! Had a ground level room with garden view, not sea view. Contacted the front desk on arrival day and day after, but they were absolutely not willing to change anything, we could pay in. Full for an upgrade!

The room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was travelling with my baby so the kitchenette was very useful and I forgot to request a crib before hand but the staff sourced 1 for me at the last minute. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Barbados

The staff was way beyond courteous! Everyone bent over backwards. The restaurant food was quite good, better than expected. Pool was always sparkling clean!

The rooms and overall hotel were very clean. The staff are AMAZING. It was a truly lovely experience. The location is also great. Close to good restaurants and beaches.

The beach is for the view not the amenities. There is a regular beach not too far away. The view is beautiful sitting on your balcony drinking a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The hotel staff is top notch. We will definitely be returning.

Staff is wonderful. The rooms and common areas very clean and the location is excellent. Only complaint would be the interior is a bit dated and could use a facelift. We would definitely come back

Absolutely loved our time here. Wished we were staying longer . Michelle gave us the earnest welcome and ushered us straight into a rum lunch party that was going on. An amazing find. Great location , clean and lovely staff

Photos made it look like there was a beach but there was no beach, just an unswimmable waterfront. All food there and in surrounding restaurants very expensive, I.e. $40 nachos. This is apparently party central for Barbados, not YellowBird but the neighborhood which had a street party maybe

Room needed mopping and table near balcony was dusty and so was beneath the pull out bed/ couch. This was attended by the staff, immediately. We got 100BD$, voucher. Thank you Marvelous, very helpful, courteous staff. My daughter slept on the pull out bed, which was and is lumpy rm 405. This bit of information was given to us in the plane on our return flight. I did request a two bed room prior to our arrival but was given a king size bed and a pull out bed. Hence, an okay rating, mainly for the bed which was used for 3 nites. Wonderful staff and sea view and hotel location. Ideal location for me, a pub hopping kinda guy. Thanks

We loved being on the ground floor and walking out to the pool for a morning swim. Large room with kitchenette. Really fun location. I was impressed to receive a message even before I got home that I had left my phone charger behind! Not for beach swimmers or those with problems climbing stairs to a 2nd or 3rd floor room though!
