One of our favorite places to stay in Nairobi. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food is very good and the rooms classy elegant.

Was really happy with my choice of hotel. The best parts were the staff and the restaurant - I found out that they have their own garden where they grow the fruit for the breakfast buffet. Special mention also the gym where the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across - really really excellent customer care - thank you Connie! There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel. It's also on a busy junction so access at rush hour can be a bit slow. Despite that, I would return here, just for the breakfast and the overall customer service.

We found the staff at the Sarova Panafric Hotel absolutely wonderful. They helped us through loss of luggage from the flight, planning our stay activities and helping with transportation around the city. We have considered this place special to the success of our visit to Nairobi.

Excellent though there’s need to renovate. Some fittings look old.

This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area.

The staff were all amazing & very helpful. The pool area & gym & spa were great. The restaurant & food was also amazing. Our room was very spacious & comfortable! Would differently stay here again.
