Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurants were excellent.

Lovely welcome and the staff in their Red uniforms very authentic. Easy from airport.

Food was undercooked. Casava, meat, potatoes, were all hard.

Very nice hotel and stuff in the Nairobi center, used valet parking, club room, exchange bar and pool, and we got room upgrade!

Older, beautiful hotel with a lot of character and charm had everything that you wanted. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better people I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Nairobi. We had a club room which gave us access to the 1902 Lounge. The service from the hotel staff was excellent and we had a great history tour of the hotel from Maxwell, who was very knowledgeable. It was a very memorable stay.

The Sarova Stanley hotel was an absolute delight! We spent a night here, eagerly anticipating our morning connection via Safarilink. Our stay could have been even longer, but it was so great that we didn’t want it to end. Raechel and Paul, our friendly staff, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They helped us check in a bit past midnight, even though it was a bit late. They also created a wake-up call to ensure we had enough time to grab breakfast before our 6:45 am departure. We’ll definitely make it a point to stay here again on our next visit.

Very clean and excellent service. It is in the core area and you feel a bit noisy otherwise we really had an excellent stay!! Staff are very polite and service oriented.
