Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat

The hotel is very nice and cleaned. The reception staff are all nice, the service is ok too but the only downside side is the sauna area and the staff there, they don’t even accompany us there which room to open, as this is our first time in this hotel, I accidentally open the door I think that is for a staff room, and the sauna is not as what I expected in other hotel. Its not hot, its old.

At the check-in there was a delay due to offered a double bed room. My booking for a Twin beds. The overall stay was good, but music was heard every night from a bar or disco until late at night. The room was missing towel and took me several calls but not delivered. The breakfast was good of variety of food for different taste. Overall not to the standard for Radisson chain of hotels which I stayed before.

The hotel keeps the Radisson Blu standard. Thus, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed.

I ordered an airport transfer through the hotel wanting to make life easy. It was close to an hour late. It would have been cheaper and easier to get a taxi.

Great breakfast. Calm and quiet hotel. House keeping fully respects the do not disturb sign. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with endless food options in easy walking distance.

Ett trevligt och bekvämt hotell. Fin pool med solsängar o handdukar. Vi bodde i en svit med sovrum och vardagsrum till ett fantastiskt pris. Kylskåp, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, vattenflaskor. Stor och god frukostbuffé som vi betalade extra för. Trevlig personal. Flera smårestauranger i närheten.

Wonderful hotel and great pool and service but unfortunately on my last evening the receptionist was very rude, about me changing rooms. I even had to ask her to lower her voice 2 times. I was leaving the next day for a weeks trip, I had asked 2 times on my arrival at reception if I needed to change rooms and on my last day as well. Just 3 mins before leaving they called my room to say I had to move. Very unnecessary to be so rude when the hotel made a mistake.

The room was great and hotel was excellent.

Excellent short stay for a conference. Great staff and facilities. Lounge room was awesome.

Helpful staff

The hotel price was a key factor. You get a clean and balanced stay at good hotel for an even better price. Property is in a decent location, and staff were very nice. Very polite, always responsive, and helpful. Accommodating at all times of the day or night.

Nice and decent hotel

It was a very nice and comfortable stay in a nice and welcoming hotel. Breakfast and services are great especialy the people working there. When I come back to Muscat I'd always check in the Radisson blu again. Great and enjoyable stay
