Piscine en travaux donc pas de Bain Chambre corner Nord sans balcon ni ouverture ni Air….je pense qu il y a maldonne sur les détails de la réservation, au niveau de l hôtel et au niveau de votre site…

Terrible

Clean and convenient

Building and rooms outdated. Cleaning crew noisy, shouting, loud vacuum cleaning in early morning. Bathroom very inconvenient, tiny sink although the bathroom is fairly large.

3.5 to 4 star hotel…. Not 5

Nous avions séjourné dans cet hôtel le personnel était très agréable mot à la réception nous a accueillie chaleureusement , Philippe était très sympa il c’est très bien occuper de nous . Suite à petit désagrément causé par un client la directrice rouhama a était très compréhensible que ça soit l’emplacement qui est incroyable ou alors le service tout était parfait on reviendra certainement

Breakfast was lovely. Staff was good. But our room was terrible. We had two rooms. One smelled like smoke. The other one couldn’t elate its temperature.

Lovely hotel, good sized room, courteous and helpful staff, delicious breakfast! We will return!

Well maintained property and nice room, definitely a must stay

All was ok only we dont place to range clothes in the room and also the room next us a lot of noise all the night a lot of people inside like discothèque But the hôtel is Perfect and Galith was very nice with everybody

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous venons au Royal Beach, mais cette fois-ci, nous avons été très déçu par la literie et l’odeur dans la chambre et également très déçue qu’à la télé il n’y ai pas Netflix ni de programme en français

Great hotel, beautiful, but pool was closed and I was disappointed by this as this is one of the most beautiful pools of any hotel I have stayed at

Our family had a great vacation at the Royal Beach and hope to stay there again soon.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Just want to say thank you to Naor who worked in the front. He checked me in when I arrived. Also when he checked me out went over and beyond to help me get a taxi to the airport on NYE. There was a very rude customer screaming at him and he handled it with such professionalism. He deserves a raise or promotion for sure. Overall the property was very nice and felt extremely safe. The breakfast restaurant is very chaotic and disorganized but tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel. Very basic… bedding substandard, spa minimalistic and small. Breakfast was full on.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The business lounge was superb. Especially Evelyn, the head chef.

We have visited for one night as a couple and really enjoyed a high quality vacation. Great spa, one of the best breakfasts we had lately, calm atmosphere and amazing view from the room and from the pool area. The location is also great - close to the beach and to some top rated bars and restaurants we walked to.
