Excellent all around!

All was well.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing, the amenities were perfect!

The resort is a bit dated and the beach in front has eroded unfortunately. The rooms were fine, you're going to be outside anyways! The food and bar were not great. Made us realize we are better off not doing all inclusive. The staff were friendly. Layout a bit confusing and check in should explain that more. The pools were good. Not unhappy with the choice just wanted more.

Very relaxed environment even with children there. A lot of different restaurants to choose from with great food. The buffet was bad either. Excellent customer service throughout. Don’t have anything to say negatively about the resort.

Nice size room, all oceanfront! We did change room because although ocean front, there are large rocks that cannot be walked on to access the ocean, so they moved us so that we could walk right onto the beach/ that was perfect. The restaurants were all delicious with large portions (maybe too large), and excellent service in all restaurants. I like that two restaurants are right on the water with beautiful sunset views. All of the restaurants also offer specialty drinks unique to the theme. For example, the Asian restaurant has a ginger martini/ amazing. The e bike tour ( no extra charge) was a lot of fun thanks to our guides Zef & Donny The grounds are beautiful and we never felt crowded, we loved it!

We were oceanfront and enjoyed the sunsets. The staff was friendly. A shuttle service was available when we didn’t wait to walk the distance of the resort. The included speciality restaurants were excellent but reserve a spot early as they book up.
