This was our first stay at the Hilton Garden, it was beautiful, very clean, & friendly staff!

This is a great place to stay! Staff is great as always and the hotel itself is clean and beautiful! Close to downtown it’s very walkable.

Excellent staff. Some street noise. Buffet breakfast was great but $46 for 2 people.

I want to know why other guests got free breakfast vouchers and I did not even thought I have stayed before!!!!

Breakfast not included. Cleaning staff does a perfect job. Flawless. A lot of panhandling outside the hotel and uncomfortable for young families.

Wasn’t aware of parking charge.

Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help.

Room was great! Clan and lots of room. Check in was super easy and staff were very friendly!

Great location. Quiet and easy to access

I arrived 18th June 2026 at 1:30 a.m. The guest relation officer was so accommodating and offered excellent service. The property is well maintained and the staff is amazing

Room was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, parking great.

Loved the breakfast, parking, and quick access to water street for great restaurants.

Location is convenient for convention delegates, close to St. John’s Convention Centre. Rooms are spacious with plentiful of storage. Not too many restaurants nearby, but Water Street is within easy walking distance.

Stay was excellent, room very comfortable and staff great.
