Always enjoy staying here because it is quiet… but the ground floor rooms back onto the parking lot and are not great. Headlights, people, noise throughout the night

Hotel was absolutely spotless, the food in the restaurant was amazing and the service from the staff was phenomenal 👌 was nice and quiet, the pool was clean, the hot tub was a great temperature and the jets were a good strength! Water pressure in the room was amazing and we had a great view of the city at night 🌙

Everything about my stay was great. The only minor concern was the fridge in my room opened towards the door instead of towards the kitchen

Clean room, close to airport

Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel! We didn't try the dinner There didn't seem to be anyone there and we couldn't even smell food so we thought it best to try something else nearby.

Very clean and contemporary. They could use more closet space in the kitchenette unit but overall I was happy with the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, convenient to get around the City and spacious rooms

There could be grab bars in the shower on which to help some of us, who are not as nimble as we used to be, could steady ourselves.

The property was clean and tidy, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was cold. There were no blankets in the room, and the duvet was very thin, so it was difficult to get comfortable. Although turning up the heat was an option, that is not ideal for everyone, especially when some guests prefer a cooler, fresher room rather than overly warm air. After arriving late and tired, this was a frustrating way to end the evening.

PROS Clean, comfortable CONS Limited parking on the front of the hotel and it looks unsafe on the back. The receptionist had an extremely strong accent and I had to ask him to repeat 2 or 3 times the same answer. He was polite and respectful though. The Expedia description said “breakfast included”, but when I proceeded to pay, the app asked to pay for the breakfast and I did it because it was convenient for us. When we are eating breakfast the following morning, we noticed several unhappy guests when they were asked to pay for their breakfast. Breakfast was basic but Ok.
