This is the second time I have stayed at this property for a total of 4 nights. In general it is a great property in the airport area. Although it is farther from the airport than most airport hotels, it has good parking and an airport shuttle. The good- the rooms are well appointed with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sink and counter space. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is modern and has a great shower. Some rooms are pet friendly and are on the lower level with an exterior walk out door to the parking lot and the hotel is adjacent to a large green space which is pet friendly (and seems to be an off leash area). This is the primary reason we chose this property twice. The onsite restaurant is good as we ate both breakfast and dinner at the property and for a airport hotel would say that the food is better than most (breakfast is not included in the room rate. At the time of our stay the breakfast was $12.99). The hotel price is reasonable for the quality and amenities. The not good- when we arrived the room floor had chip crumbs and other debris. We asked the front desk for a broom and they said they would have house keeping take care of it but that never happened and we cleaned the floor ourselves. The EV charger (another reason we stayed here) is not working and has an out of order sign on it (which has been there since our last stay 2 months ago). All in all I would stay here again if I was in this area.

a good hotel, a great location with easy access to airport and major roads. Staff are excellent and room was very clean. Some minor maintenance items in the room needed to be be fixed ( alarm clock, and bed reading lights not working).

Love this place feels like home .. but nothing really close by

There were drug dealers bringing people in and out of the room adjacent to mine. The staff did nothing to help the situation. Also the pool is under renovation and it’s not told before booking. Also the breakfast in the restaurant there was very over cooked. I tried talking to the manager and when I finally was able to, she said she needed to talk to higher up management. Yet I never heard back from anyone, so I’m leaving a review instead then.

Executive to me means better or a step above. I have been going to this site off and on for six years and every time it becomes less and less appealing. This trip was to scout for a family function in September, where we will need about twenty rooms for .all the families. I cancelled my September reservation after the first night. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were cheap garbage, towels are old and rough. Toilet paper that came from the dollar store, felt like sand paper. Even the toiletries like soap and shampoo are now comparable to something you would find at a Super Eight Motor Hotel. My last morning it took over five minutes before the hot water arrived for my shower and then it went from cold to scorching hot in seconds. Obvious maintainence on the site is lacking, the cook top in my room was broken and had a jagged edge. The site also caterers to sports teams now, as every night had a different team and their bus parked in the lot taking all the parking spaces. Buffet was cleaned out after twenty hockey players got there before me.

The room was better than I thought. The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful.
