It was nice and cozy plus clean.

Quirky hotel in the 10th arrondisement. If you are thinking to walk from Gare du Nord - its not far but the route goes through a dodgy area which may be okay daytime. The hotel itself is quiet and the rooms have been recently fitted out. The staff are all super smiley and friendly. If you can take care of yourself do stay here. If you are older or peace loving, I would suggest staying in a different area

We had a brilliant stay, the rooms were clean and well presented. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable. Friendly staff and the breakfast had lots of options and great value for money we felt. Location was great too, easy to get around, we walked most places but lots of restaurants around Holly Belly was just around the corner for a great brunch!

Our stay at Le Grand Quartier was nothing short of magnificent! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially in giving us a room upgrade when we arrived. This was particularly great for us since we just got in on the red eye from NYC and I had to work the next day, so the suite they gave us with a couch and plenty of space was exactly what we needed. Everything we asked for was catered to, extra towels, late checkout and our dog was welcomed too! The Molton Brown toiletries in the room are also a great touch, especially as I forgot my shaving cream! Thank you so much for having us!

Great basic hotel . Missing a view from window . Clean . Washrooms new . Liked the heated towels . Nespresso. Nice staff. Lent an adapter with a smile .

Nice bright modern hotel. Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, 5 minutes walk to Chateau d'Eau metro. Good breakfast selection, friendly staff.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and friendly. The location was good compared to many site seeing places in and around the area. I felt taken care of and very safe there. Will stay again in future Paris trips.

the hotel room lacks basic amenities such as coffee, drinking water, not even a glass. shameful for a 4 star hotel

Calme, silencieux, agréable, confortable. Mais le service de nettoyage change les serviettes de bain tous les jours alors que nous avons pris soin de respecter les consignes "pour la planète" !

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have smile on their face and give us warm greeting every time we see them. The room is spacious and clean. And the breakfast is amazing!!

Hôtel qui réconcilie le voyageur et hotels 4 étoiles à Paris ! je le recommande pour son emplacement dans une rue calme et proche du métro, pour l'accueil agréable et discret, pour sa propreté et c'est à souligner tant dans la chambre que les parties communes , pour sa chambre spacieuse à la décoration moderne, pour le restaurant à ne pas manquer, pour le petit déjeuner bon et copieux, pour son bon rapport qualité prix, nous reviendrons..

This was my second time visiting Paris with ny hubby, and most of hotel rooms in Paris are very small. However, Le Grand room was very spacious, we brought 3 luggages and the space was sufficient for us to have them all opened. Also, shower room was very spacious too, I call it shower room because for some reason, toilet was in a separate room from the shower—which we got used to it right away. Bathroom definitely had some odor, but that’s probably because plumbing in Paris is old so I wouldn’t blame the hotel. Also, the neighborhood was pretty convenient from Metro and had lots of local restaurants as well as supermarkets. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh also, the hotel had umbrellas available by entrance door for everyone who stays at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend here!

호텔자체는 직원도 친절하고 전반적으로 좋았다. 클리닝하는 남성직원들이 무례해서 놀랐을뿐이다. 호텔 주변이 안전하지않은지역이어서 조심해야한다

Loved the hotel experience, large rooms, nice tub/shower combo, updated fixtures, lighting was tasteful, quiet and secure building. Easy access and close proximity to both train stations. Only cons were the cigarette smoke coming in the window from the centre courtyard and the hotel restaurant being closed 2 days a week. Would recommend!
