One of the best hotels ever (and I travel a lot). True 5 star with the excellent service, fantastic breakfast (with amazing orange juice:))!

Excellent hotel and location for any tourist

The staff here is amazing. They suggested wonderful restaurants and even walked us to a local restaurant and introduced us to their staff.

Couple of things. Service was amazing. Entire staff was consistent with their top notch service. The service on the roof top was not so great. took about 20 mins to get a glass of wine after getting a wrong order. this was on 3/26.

Excellent location, clean, beautiful property with rooftop views that were wonderful. The staff are over the top - professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Great hotel!

Hotel was well provided with amenities. Staff were polite. Very convenient right in heart of gothic area. Only downside was no access by Uber.

The entire staff were friendly and very helpful, in particular Edwardo was very proactive in terms of helpful us with the taxi, and travel logistics.

Close to shopping. Awkward style/shape room. Was very tight to maneuver around.

Great location, stylish hotel with very helpful staff. Slightly odd room layout and not quite enough space for things - not sure I have seen the coffee mugs placed next to the bathroom sink before but this was obviously because there was nowhere else for them. Great for a three night stay but would want a bit more room for a longer stay.

Great rooms but the lavatory room had no sink! Was a bizarre layout.

Very nice, good location

The hotel is located centrally in the Gothic Quarter. It is a short walk up to the Cathedral Barcelona. Walking distance to many shops and dining options. The staff is very friendly and always available for anything you need any time of the day or night. The staff is the best I have had at any hotel. The taxi service is very quick to this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be planning on staying here again.
