Ok rom i kjelleren. Frokosten var tassen

+ Sentral beliggenhet + Svært hyggelig personale - Rommet kunne absolutt vært renere ved innsjekk - Svært lytt. Fikk rom rett med døren og våknet av at folk gikk inn og ut og pratet gjennom hele første natten. Hørte også veldig godt aktivitet i rommene over oss.

Fabulous property. Very cosy rooms. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Great breakfast in the morning and free tea and coffee all day in the warm and cosy atrium. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay in Longyearbyen. Nice property and staff. Within walking distance of all the major spots in the "downtown" area.

The room is bit small, however the matress is too soft for us.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Svalbard Hotell - Polfareren. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it memorable. I especially loved the practice of taking shoes off inside—it really added to the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing stay!

Great hotel, clean and easy walk to all areas of town. Tourist Information Centre across the road. We’ll be back.

Stayed three nights. Everything worked. Had a room facing the back - quiet. Cozy (small) lobby sitting area, coffee/tea available all day. The breakfast was delicious and a very wide variety.

Nice location nice staff City unkept, but then you are near the North Pole

Ruhig und zentral gelegen, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Bei Mitternachtssonne könnten die Vorhänge dichter sein da doch sehr viel Licht reinkommt ins Zimmer da die Sonne nachts auf das Fenster scheint. Außerdem wird der Vorhang durch die Sonne warm und das Zimmer auch. Ein Außenrollo wäre besser oder das Rollo mit reflektierendem, wärmeabweisenden Material versehen.

Très bon séjour, les chambres sont confortables et propres. Personnel amical et prêt à aider. Les restaurant est de bonne qualité et les service y est professionnel.
