Not so pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering dirt wash cloths and towels. Mattress was built like it was for a jail. Bugs in my first room. Was switched to another room with more bugs. Seeing bugs in my second room, I packed up my things and some w/ the front desk requesting for a refund, I was told to contact hotels.com...they stated they were unable to get in contact with the hotel and offered me a $25 refund. I wouldn't stay here..

The room felt like a run down apartment. The bed felt like a cardboard. Only spent 30mins in the room and checked out.

Everything was just p-e-r-f-e-c-t. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely be back again!

Poor quality room

The staff was great but the rooms were outdated and in need of update. Room amenities a tv,hot water pot and two glasses. The photos were not representative of what you got. The location is very good you have some decent restaurants within walking distance.

I would recommend early check in if possible

새벽에 도칙하는 일정으로 찾은 숙소.. 직원들은 친절하고, 투몬 시내도 가 까워서 이동은 어렵지 않았지만 아쉬운 건 매트리스가 아쉬웠고, 방에 작은 개미떼가 벽을 타그. 수 십 마리가 이동했습니다. 그게 가장 아쉽고, 작은 벼룩 같은 것도 보였어요.

The quality was way better than my first stay in guam, beds were a little stiff though. Other than that it was good!

初日チェックインした日の部屋に入った際、禁煙の部屋なのにタバコとカビ臭い匂いで頭が痛くなりました。 小さな子供もいる為かなり困りました。 しかし、部屋の換気の為窓を開けて、１日エアコンを付けてるうちにだんだんタバコ、カビ臭い匂いが無くなり助かりました。 おそらく私達の前の宿泊者が喫煙をした匂いが残っていたと考えられます。 ベランダにタバコのポイ捨てがあったから吸っていたのだと考えられます。 その後はまずまず快適に過ごせました。 浴室洗面はトイレを使用した際、どこからか？ 不明ですが水漏れし床が絶えず水に濡れていたのが残念です。 ベッドメイクもしてもらいましたが、枕を確認したら初日からあった枕の汚れた箇所がありましたが、ベッドメイク後に確認したら同じ汚れがあったので全てのベッドメイクをしてないのだろうと想像しました。 おそらくパッと見た感じで、綺麗な部分は変更せず、目立つ部分だけ変更しているのかな？ と少々不信感と残念な気持ちになりました。。 ホテル立地は海岸ビーチまで歩いて行ける距離で水着を着て行けるので良かったです。 海で遊んで帰り、ホテルのプールが有りシャワーもあるので海水を流してプールでえ

Power went out second day I was there, didn’t come back on til the next morning. Room was hot and dark. Staff was difficult in bringing extra towels, kept having to call and ask. Also didn’t expect the mattress to be so close to the floor.
