Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.

I loved the cottage style rooms steps away from the probably one of the most beautiful calm beaches I have ever visited. The staff, food and convenience location is a 10/10. The hotel provides free parking if you decide renting a car. This a very simple accommodation and it works perfectly for a beach focused stay.

I got bitten so many times by mosquitoes and that pretty much did it for me. We were provided bug candles, they sprayed, and I also had mosquito repellent spray but you couldn’t tell… besides that everything else was pretty decent. I love the staff there. From the bartenders to the house keepers. Due to the crazy amount of bites from the mosquitos, I probably won’t stay here again. However, other family members that stayed wasn’t having a mosquito problem. It seemed to only be in the room I was in. Not sure why and we didn’t have the door open besides when going in and out.

The room was clean and cooling system worked great. If you like a beautiful pool where you can swim up to a bar, you’re in business. Because the hotel property isn’t as wide as some other places, Travelers beach is small in comparison. But you still have access to all of gorgeous 7 Mile Beach to stroll. The beach staff are accommodating, setting up a lounge chair, umbrella, and a small table. The staff at the bar and restaurant, both open air facing the beach, are friendly, helpful, and kind. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

I liked that the property was conveniently located close to the beach. However, considering the price I paid, I expected breakfast to be included. I was also disappointed that the property did not have an elevator, which meant I had to carry my suitcases up and down the stairs.

Customer service was excellent. I have stayed at Travellers several times and it’s always a great experience. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed as a family group of 5 adults in the travellers two bedroom suit. The suit is huge with a kitchen, dining , lounging area seperating the two rooms. The main bedroom has a large balcony over looking the garden area along with a smaller balcony over looking the front entrance leading from the dining area. The suit has been newley renevated, the finishes are not the best but the desighn is aesthetically pleasing. Value for money I can not recommend the this suit enough. Travellers is a boutique hotel if you are looking for an allinclusive resort this is not it, however if you enjoy are a more intimate layed back vibe then travellers is a perfect choice. A pool, games room, gym, resturant, bar and beach all within easy walikng distace was perfect for two members of our group with mobility problems. The staff are friendly professional and helpful, which is one thing I feel Jamaica needs to improve on. The property is clean throughout, the beach is beautiful and perfect for any non swimmers as the water is shallow for a good amount of depth. I recommend staying at travellers if you are in Negril for a few days.

It was a few months after the storm and they were still renovating and getting stuff up and running, but overall the stay was nice and comfortable. I will recommend it Dwight..

First Stay at Travellers Negril Had a really good first stay here. The place has a nice boutique vibe — modern, clean, and well-kept, which I loved. Location is spot on, close to the town centre and everything you need. Staff were great, always around when you needed them but not overbearing. Rooms are non‑smoking, which is fine, though the smoking area could definitely be better. Breakfast isn’t included, but here’s a tip: prepay it. I paid £57 for two people over three days, which worked out to about $12 USD each per day. Way cheaper than paying daily — the first day alone cost $37 USD for two. Overall, Travellers Negril gave me a comfy, modern stay with friendly service and a super convenient location. Would happily come back

I had the best 5-day vacation at the Travelers Beach Resort! It was UNIQUE! The resort is right on the beach. We were within walking distance of everything. We felt safe walking to the stores on the street. Our cross guard at the hotel ensured our safety. I have never stayed at any resort where ALL the staff were excellent! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the grounds men, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, and so were the libations!😉 A big shout-out to our bartenders Romeo, Alex, and Ricky; they are the original mixologists. Another huge shout-out to our chefs for the delicious meal😋, and our waitress Kareen, and the others, I may have forgotten their names. Thank you, Andre, for making the rounds to check on your guest.😉 Our scuba diving instructor was amazing! Very patient! 😁We had such an amazing time, we started planning our next vacation before we left to return home. We hope to see all the same staff whenever we return. 💯 I recommend Travelers Beach Resort to anyone looking for a home away from home and wants to make or add family or friends. Our room was clean, smelled beautiful, and the bed was comfortable!!!🧡 ❤️💞💯

I been staying at Travellers since 1999. I have seen the change over, I love the way the boys took over and upgraded the property. Travellers is truly my go to spot
