Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids. The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. Only one real complaint and that’s the pick up process from the airport. I emailed ahead to pre book but upon arrival we waited a further 40 minutes in their office at the airport before anyone turned up to take us to the hotel. So be aware!

It had all the amenities. Only negative was the pool closes at 6pm, which did not allow the kids time to get in after touring accra.

Good hotel not far from city or from airport. The event they had took almost all the public space

Vegan options minimal. I had to request special meals , which means no chance of dessert beyond fruits. Even the fruit options were limited. Entertainment could be better. Lovely hotel - loved my room.

The staff does not work at all. We are talking several times for requesting a thing, but there is nothing to be fixed.

Love the way Ghanian art and culture was integrated into the motif of the hotel, offering a respectfully, welcoming environment. It was a good experience and would definitely consider again.

Breakfast buffet spread is quite good. Coffee not good. It is the brewed on pot. Welcome drink given. Air con strong. Bathroom shower strong. The food in the Chinese restaurant quite salty.

I loved the hotel. Rooms were spaces and clean. Pool and pool facikities were really good also. Thr hotel is about 10 mins from the airport which makes getting thete super easy. Dining iptions were average with a heavy emphasis on Chinese cuisine. The Chinese management distrubed me. It looked as though they were constantly monitoring the staff and had a constant frown on thier faces. I personally didnt like this at all but the staff seemed not to mind, though i wonder if this would have been the case where there was a surplus of jobs. The other staff was awsome. No complanits at all.

I would definitely stay at the Tang Palace again. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My only criticism is some of the response time in the on-site dining area and in the pool area with drink orders. With that said, I’d still book here.

Excellent stay! Pull was down for the day do to festival. They all use extend our stay so the kids could enjoy themselves

Tang Palace is very well appointed. The attention to detail is meticulous and the services are top-notch. I did not give it 5-star for 2 reasons: they bungled the airport pickup, forcing us to get a taxi at our own cost. Nobody bothered to apologise and the Christmas vibe was a bit too low-key even though they offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice gesture.

It would benefit to have a microwave in the rooms and more towels for guests
