It was a nice room overall. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I took one star away because the room did not have a hot water kettle and there were no pots, pans, plates, or utensils in the kitchen. Also, there were no power outlets near the bed.

I am a repeat customer! Will come back again and again!

Very friendly staff. Nothing too fancy, just a very courteous and helpful staff. They served over and above for my requirements. Cannot wait to go back.

Very good location and very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable but the amenities in the room are few and old and the place could have been a little cleaner. They don't air condition the hallways so its pretty hot until you get into your room.

بشكل عام الشقه كانت مريحه و واسعه الا ان ينقصها النظافه و العفش الجديد

كان فندق في قمت النظافة لكن يحتاج الى الأنوار في الصالة ويحتاج الى تعديل الفرن لكي يستطيع المقيم عمل وجبات الطعام بكل راحة الا ستقبال سريع الاستجابه

What a great experience ! I choose this hotel because cheap price but good location middle of Juffair. When arriving hotel nice personnel says welcome and I get excellent room. Everything works perfectly and good service. There is no food available in hotel but who cares - just take a walk couple of steps to Lulu Mall and that's it. Next time I go there again.

Sheets and towels looks consumed Laundering of sheets and towels should be better

Good location, organized, rooms can hear each other. Very good for quick stay.
