Very well maintained. Perfect location.

The hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. Each day we had interactions with staff where they just seemed to be inconvenienced when helping us. Very strange since most resorts I've traveled to understand they are in the business of hospitality and exceptional service is important. This was confirmed when we traveled to a few other resorts to use their restaurants and the staff at other places went above and beyond to welcome and wait on us.

Loved the location, amazing beach, great and friendly staff, good dining options and close to the shops. This is construction next door and the tvs were broken but it didn’t bother us.

This resort is great! Wonderful location and great beach access with beach chairs, kayaking, and paddleboarding included! We spent a lovely weekend here and really enjoyed it.

The property was clean, well-maintained and was family friendly. Grace Bay is beautiful, gorgeous water, and they will pick you up on the beach at your hotel for any water excursions or tours you book. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are free and the beach attendants will set up your spot for you. We tried almost every thing on the menu at Hemingway's and we were never disappointed. The nice little downtown area for shopping and eating is just a short walk from The Sands. Take advantage of the free transportation to The Sands' sister hotels, The Palms and The Shore Club, where you can use the beach and eat at the restaurants. We had excellent food!!

Very clean, nice amenities, great staff and location.

Very small but nice resort. Beautiful beach and pretty good location. About 3/4 of mile into town. Rooms was clean but we ran into a lot of problems. Shower was clogged leaving it to overfill and go over where, toilet wouldn't flush well and a/c turned off and also had to get them to fix that. I will say they fixed everything in a timely manner.

This property is absolutely beautiful and the staff incredibly kind & helpful. The original room we were given smelled heavily of smoke (we requested a non smoking room because I have a smoke allergy) and when we entered the room, I immediately began to have an allergic reaction. My husband contacted the front desk and they offered us a humidifier, which was quickly brought up to our room. Unfortunately (and as expected) it didn't do anything so we had to approach the front desk again and request a room change. I absolutely HATED having to ask this (especially since we requested a non smoking room to begin with) and felt that the staff should've offered us a better solution quickler. We wasted the first two hours at this beautiful resort dealing with this. All that being said, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful and the space is beautiful. As a family of five, we fit comfortably in the unit and I appreciated having a washer and dryer to do some clothes before we headed home. We have three kids and if we were there for longer than one night they would've been bored - the pool is small.

This is a lovely property with easy access to the beach. Grounds are beautiful. Food choices are available fairly close by.

Such a great experience for me and my family of 3 the only thing we did not like was there was only one restaurant on the property and the rooms were very small not like it was viewed on as a junior suite

Excellent and relaxing stay in the perfect location in Grace Bray. Walkable to all the major restaurants, staff is excellent and rooms are nice and spacious. Would absolutely stay again! Beautiful beach too!

We were there for 3.5 days/4 nights. Everything was effortless which is important for short stays. There is a grocery store, shopping, restaurant district about 1mi away that we walked to. Had a lot of fun sailing the Kobie Cat right from the beach. Also snorkeled with a shark! (Not for everyone, shark optional)

Rooms were spacious and clean

Had an amazing time again. We love coming here and will be coming back soon.

Small, private, quiet, excellent beach. Should provide free cold water stations around the property.

We really liked the laid back beach feel of the Sands and the restaurant Hemingway's was great as well for tasty breakfasts, beachside lunches under the palapas and a more upscale ambiance at dinnertime with live music and torches lit. We were not ready to leave The Sands or the island! We'll be back!
