Superb staff and awesome experience

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Villa 10 was exceptional.

I can't recommend this property enough. The staff are beyond courteous and efficient. We were made to feel part of a larger community, greeted by name and making every aspect of the experience memorable. The villa we enjoyed (#12) was surreal and the villa staff made it feel like home. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely brilliant. My favourite place to stay in Jamaica. Elegant, classy, excellent service, fabulous surroundings, exquisite food. Kids club. Local basket weaving, friendly staff, well maintained. Lovely beach, massages available and much more. Wish I could stay longer

This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am.

This is a beautiful property. The pool and beach areas are well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. The room we had in the pineapple house was well appointed. The amenities were very nice. I was unfortunately disappointed by the service. Our driver from the airport took a detour in route to run an errand, which was alarming. Most of the dining staff seemed unconcerned with serving us, the only exception being Kenneth in the main dining area, who was wonderful. The beach bartender was downright rude. I was also disappointed by the food quality. It was expensive, but just not very good. I also should mention the resort is very family friendly, which some may not mind, but there were lots of small children and it’s not my preference when I’m on this sort of trip. There is some sort of bar across the water from the property with loud music, which kept us up til after midnight our final night, which was also not great. Overall, I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Round Hill is spectacular. The property is beautiful. The staff are attentive and friendly. The amenities are high quality and spacious so you can have privacy and your own space. The food and food service is the highest quality.

Round Hill is a magical place with excellent service. Customer service is wonderful and the property is par to none. Only request would be for more food variety, especially vegetarian / vegan options (although they were very accommodating when asked for more option while we were there). We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
