Place was amazing, food was fantastic . Only thing to know, call ahead and schedule restaurants for your trip, they're booked out if you try when you get there. The adults beach was amazing, the grand side had tons of sea shells when snorkeling. I proposed on tge beach with dinner on the beach. The staff took over and made it memorable. We are already planning our next trip back

Our first room had many issues. Water leaking from the ceiling, unable to get into our room several times (dead battery), back door broken, shower overflowing. We weren’t offered to switch rooms until 2 days later and were not given anything else. It took a lot of time away from our vacation and we weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience. Entertainment staff were awesome!

Very friendly staff, A lot of issues with room

The beach and property is expansive, and gives everyone enough space to spread out. Tho we visited in the prime season, the resort never felt overly crowded. The location is excellent and the local excursions are worth the trip. We experienced blue hole, dunns river falls, luminous lagoon and green grotto caves, all of which were an amazing experience.

Clean rooms , comfortable bed great balcony. Good food choices at buffets not so nice service at the jerk restaurant at the pool . Jacuzzi area closed the entire time. But overall a beautiful place.

Very nice resort clean Large food options and entertainment Just the activities we went to ( Dunn river), the pictures are a scam 40 dollars for 5 picture when he was taking lots of them.. and poorly taking very bad quality I put it under this review because I booked the activity with the hotel when we arrived

I definitely enjoyed it being very clean. We ate very well.

For anyone looking to get a few dives in on a Jamaica vacation, this was a good choice. The dive shop was very conveniently located and great staff. Dive sites were close by l, boat left from the beach in front of resort and we really enjoyed the diving. Book a la carte restaurants before you arrive, as they were all booked up when we arrived. But the guest services people were very helpful in sorting out something for us. The Knife was the best of the a la carte restaurants and Alwayne and Chantel provided fabulous service! The jerk chicken and rice and peas at the jerk hut and buffets are excellent. Pickleball and tennis available. Lots of pool chairs and beach chairs always available, which was a nice change from other resorts. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Resort is massive. Lots and lots of walking, no matter what you are doing. The buffet is large, and the food is decent. It doesn't change too much daily however so by the end of the week, we were pretty tired of the buffet. The a la carte restaurants are pretty good and the service at them is great. The beaches are nice, lots of chairs and parasols. The resort was not at capacity while we were there so some things (one pool, a couple restaurants/bars) were closed and the a la cartes were on a rotating schedule (not open nightly so made it tricky for some to get reservations). We had a not renovated room but it was clean and in good condition. The pillows were pretty sucky and the beds kind of hard. Room was well cleaned and stocked daily. Bar fridge also well stocked daily. Staff are generally kind and helpful. Would go again, for the right price.

The property was clean and nice staff at the buffets especially the buffet at the beach were not attentive. Unless you put your tip on the table before eating.

Breakfast and lunch great. Dinner buffet meeds lots of work. Much better than 2019 overall.

Not very clean

Overall I did not like the room very old needs update. A la carte restaurant can only be reserved for one day, not each day you are there in the resort. Not very clean the restaurant.
