The 3 bedroom seaview was absolutely superb. It was tasteful furnished and decorated.

Modern hotel with large pool and a good selection of restaurants. Good view of the city especially at dawn and sunset. There is a beach but not sure about water quality. Pool was good but a shower in the changing room would be useful. Room fairly small but well equipped. Glass door and window to the bathroom is ok for privacy but the light wakes the other occupant at night Not cheap but worth the cost

All 3 rooms we booked air conditioner went out, didn't have fans in two of the rooms. Moved us to different t rooms and the air was out. Would not make any adjustments on room rates . Then refused to let us out of parking lot for a 4 dollar payment for laundry

The choice of different restaurants was nice since I stayed a few days. The staff are all very nice and professional. I enjoyed a room upgrade due to my travel status with Expedia, which was a nice surprise and very welcome. I would stay here again.

Bassenget manglet fliser og flere fliser var løse i bassenget. Solstolene var slitte og en del ubrukelig. Treningsrommet var fullt, med veldig innestengt luft. Det var veldig lytt på hotellet, som gjorde det vanskelig å sove på natten. Vi fant en sprøyte på stranden rett utenfor hotellet og hotelltrappene. Fin utsikt og god beliggenhet, men alt i alt opplevde vi at verdien av pengene ikke ble ivaretatt . Vil verken anbefale eller dra tilbake.

Front desk staff was unprofessional They room was dirty and bug bed I will not recommend anyone to stay there with that much expensive pric.

Hotel was located in a convenient location and had a beautiful view! Overall, the property needs a bit of a refresher but it definitely offers the beauty that Mombasa has to offer!

Property has great potential but hadn’t been maintained well. Appliances and hot water not working properly. Suites are very spacious and comfortable but feels neglected. Staff were courteous and helpful.

This hotel is marketed as an upscale hotel and I believe at one point it was. The staff go above and beyond and they genuinely want to see you have a pleasant experience. The issues I had was that the was mildew and stains on the grouting in the shower and around the tub. The cable or satellite tv the claim to have is a lie. Every single room had basic maintenance ver the air local tv channels. The WiFi sucks, there is not other way to explain it. I used a site to measure the download and upload speed. Got 28.96 Mbps download speeds and 30 Mbps upload speed. Regrettable I think the owners or investors are only interested in a return and very little go s back into maintenance or upgrades

Hvis du er til Ravne som starter med at skrige fra kl 4 om natten og det meste af dagen samt Bønne kald fra div mosker som starter fra kl 3 om natten , kloak lugt på værelset - hotellet - samt ved udendørs servering om aftenen så skal du vælge dette hotel - tjenerne kommer sjældent tilbage med bytte penge. Besøget stedet 23 - 28/12

FANTASTIC HOTEL

EnglishPoint came with some good recommendations from my hosts but I was not prepared for the upgrade I received at checkin. Made my entire stay even exceptional

This was my fourth time staying at this property and the location is great and facilities within the grounds are great, staff are friendly and property is ok however on every occasion there has been issues with the air conditioning and being in mombasa where it can get relatively humid , the air con is a must. The management are obviously aware of an issue as they have placed cheap pedestal fans in the rooms , which are very noisy.
