Great breakfast

The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition except the bathroom is weird. There is a step to climb into the bath tub which makes it exceedingly dangerous and the tub is very slippery. Since it is located in Quito , a high altitude area, when I suffered a high latitude sickness attack, i was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel has no oxygen tank for its guests readily available. Emergency medical ambulance waiting is 1 hour. That is a very serious health concern.

Hotel location is very convenient, close to everything, restaurants, metro station, and most of all safe location. Staff members are helpful and friendly.

The HVAC DIDN'T WORK. They didn't move us. We got locked outside on the pool deck because staff did not keep the door open for us, no way to contact the front desk. The design of the bathroom is bizarre. A sink tucked into a corner with the faucet and control coming out of the left side wall. There was one washcloth for two people and no place to hang the hand towel by the sink. The pillows are lumpy. The elevator floors had a bad smell. No one to help you hail a taxi.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my stay in Quito (once in the hotel portion and the other in the hotel section). I found the entire place to be very clean, modern, and convenient. The staff was accommodating, nice, and welcoming. The surrounding area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. I used the spa and had an amazing massage. It was too chilly for the pool, but the rooftop is great even to sit and have a drink.

The staff were very accommodating. Needed to depart for airport early in the morning and they prepared breakfast. Great location too.

The day I arrived, there was a party at the rooftop restaurant with loud music that went on until 1:30 AM. Yesterday, the music continued from midnight until around 2 or 3 AM, and I had to wake up at 5:30 AM to leave for the airport, so I was barely able to sleep. The bathroom was also inconvenient. It had a strange bathtub instead of a proper shower, and you had to climb into it using an awkward and risky step. Overall, the bathroom setup felt outdated, and the room itself had a general 80s vibe. On a positive note, the staff was kind, the food wasn’t bad, and the location was excellent. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel.
