It was a good hotel. the parking was too bad and the stairs were not that good either, but the staff was helpful carrying my bags when i checked in. Would stay again.

I mega dårlig stand, ingen strøm i kontakter manglende lys, håndklæder, vand , fjernsyn virkede ikke , internet meget dårlig. Mørkt gammelt kedeligt ( som et gammelt øst hotel ) Morgen mad ikke frisk , det eneste var omelet som var frisk lavet. Kaffe smagte forfærdelig gammel . Juice beholder meget snavset , og næsten ingen juice.

Good hotel but definitely need renovation.

Look, we are mid Covid and it is difficult to provide an accurate review for a property that was only 20% occupancy on the night we stayed. BUT......we got a warm welcome, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel

The hotel is a little oasis in the midst of a lot of traffic and enterprise. It was quiet, had a great atmosphere, with well appointed rooms.

We arrived at 3:00 AM after traveling 20 hrs., hoping to get 4 hrs sleep before our fight out of Entebbe. We had just finished 2 weeks doing dental clinics in remote villages. They couldn't find our reservation, even though I showed them our booking number etc.,and after a long hassle, brought us to a room. After unpacking and getting into bed, they were banging on our door, which i unfortunately opened. They demanded that we repack and move to a different room (4:15 AM), because they finally found our reservation and had put us into a regular room when it stated we were to be in a cheap room. After a lengthy argument that I probably might have awakened the whole hotel, my wife insisted we just go ahead and move - about 200 yards and a few flights of stairs away. By then, I was so steamed that I got no sleep, and we we were out and off to the airport a few hrs. later, on their shuttle which cost $45 for a 2 mile ride.

Very good hotel. We had a plumbing leak in the sink, but otherwise quite good. I've stayed in another hotel in Entebbe and this was superior by far. Will definitely use them again.

Katastrophales Frühstück, kein Aufschnitt, geringe Auswahl, Joghurt nur auf Nachfrage.... Bei online Buchung angeblich keine Rechnung vor Ort möglich usw.
