The room was fine; however, the service we received was terrible. There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible.

All in all solid option

BED BUGS. Top floor room #7. No housekeeping during entire four day stay. Never saw a single staff member on-site. Keys just left on the counter for check-in. Internet DOES NOT work at the upper level floors. Owner unwilling to partial refund or acknowledge any issues with stay.

Mycket fint litet hotell, med bra standard. Nära restauranger och affärer. Men ligger på en lugn gata. Men har du svårt att gå i trappor är detta hotellet inget för dig. Saknas handledare vid trapporna så det finns inget att hålla sig i heller.

Una sola notte a Nis. In realtà siamo stati trasferiti in un appartamento molto vicino all'hotel per mancanza di disponibilità della stanza nonostante la prenotazione (stranl). Appartamento molto grande e comodo affacciati sulla via dello shopping.

Ottima accoglienza, il gestore gentilmente ci ha accolto sulla porta. Indicando dove potevamo parcheggiare l'auto. Stanza spaziosa pulita e comoda.

The hotel itself is very small, but the room is good quality and rather large. Centrally located in a quiet area. Only downside is that some of the rooms are on the ground floor, so if somebody is talking outside it is heard very clearly. Very friendly staff, although few speak English.

O hotel é bom, moderno e muito limpo. Não é longe do centro. Cobraram dois lugares de estacionamento quando o combinado era um (2 motos = 1 lugar de carro). O empregado da manhã não falava inglês, cobrou-se sem me mostrar a quantia no TPA. Não gostei, não pela quantia mas pela atitude

Généralement très bien. 2 petites remarques, le ménage n’était pas fait quotidiennement et le petit déjeuner pourrait avoir plus de fruits. Mais généralement c’était très bien et très beau hôtel.

+ Good value overall + Beautiful design of rooms + Fair breakfast + Very clean, large comfy room, + comfy bed, good soundproofng + Wifi working, aircondition and refrigerator too. + yet window can be opened for fresh air overnight + Friendly staff - no elevator though - you need a GPS to find it, some signs would be helpful - The neigborhoods looks a bit scary, but nothing happened to my carked parked freely in the street overnight

Everything was perfect : bedroom, services and breakfast (with salty or sweety food). Excellent!
