Great location. Clean room. Great staff.

Breakfast was not good. Staff was cooperative.

Wifi ok. Bed ok. TV ok Food ok. I can't complain they went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. Cortins may need some work

Room is clean, service was superb. In fact we are coming back after our cuzco trip. My only comment the cortines need to be fixed they can't shut the light off because of the magnet was not sticking together to wall. TV remote control was not working either, a little troubleshooting took place but Diego from the staff was really trying to make it work.

O quarto estava super limpíssimo e um espaço grande. Café da manhã super personalizado, e bem completo, uma delícia! Lanche box caso precisem para passeios cedo. Dois pontos que sentimos falta, o aquecedor do quarto não estava funcionando, e sentimos falta de uma vista, o nosso quarto era no último andar, não tinha vista.

We booked this place because it could accommodate three to a room and it is literally above the Inca Rail station. The reviews were also very good. Unfortunately for us we were in the rooms that are right off the street and we couldn’t sleep due to the road noise. We asked to be changed but they didn’t have any availability. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price you don’t get the amenities that other hotels provide.

Great location, quiet, and comfortable!

Staff was very attentive to our needs and accommodating. Breakfast served in our room was delicious. Great location if you’re taking the train to Machu Picchu. The departure station to Machu Picchu was literally right outside the front door next to the hotel.

Well maintained apartment. The location is central and so close to all the major spots in town. Loved staying here !

This is a perfect place to stay as a family. We have 3 kids and often have trouble finding somewhere big enough. Our space had 2 rooms and a fold out couch, which was great. You get breakfast served right to your room. It was highly convenient to local sites. Check-in was momentarily confusing because there are 2 doors, but it was quickly figured out. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall it was a great place to stay!
