Veldig ok opphold. Gikk veldig greit å sjekke inn og ut uten ansatte. Stort og fint rom. Rolig plass. Litt støy fra vegen(rom vendt mot vegen). Fint med kaffemaskin på fellesrom. Savnet mulighet for å lage til egen mat(bortsett fra mikrobølgeovn).

Rent og pent rom. Gratis parkering rett utenfor.

While it was a nice stay, I found it somewhat disappointing since there were no staff present. I am 74 years old and have not mastered modern technology. But my wife and I were able to figure things out without too much difficulty. We do prefer human contact when traveling so we can ask questions and engage in conversation with locals. But the room was clean and comfortable- plus in a great location.

I was a little concerned about the check-in process because I didn't have a local phone number. However, it turned out to be very straightforward. When prompted, I entered my primary phone number and email address. Within seconds, I received a confirmation email, and the passcode was included in one of the email attachments. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the town center, with a well-maintained walking path. There is a small shopping mall directly below the hotel and a supermarket right next to it. We bought breakfast there each morning because the cafés in town opened later than we needed. The hotel also offers complimentary tea and coffee and has a spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable seating and tables. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Clean and convenient hotel. There is no staff but check in was easy so no help was needed. There are several supermarkets next to the hotel and there are restaurants nearby within a couple minutes drive. It’s also only a 4 min drive to the golden train and gondola. Recommend this place for short stays :)

Nice and simple

Upon arrival, the check-in kiosk did not work. After contacting their support, there was some back and forth on the phone, until an hour later they decided to send an employee to the hotel. We were checked in 90 minutes after arriving and had to scrap our plans for dinner. The room was however clean and functional. The location was in a shopping-/industrial area, lacking restaurants etc. Works in a bind, but wouldn’t recommend.

Perfekt Hotel for a quick stay

Hotellet er selvbetjent og ligger i et industriområde. Beskrivelsen på Hotels.com er misvisende og villedende og dere bør ta initiativ til å rette teksten i beskrivelsen. Selve rommet er bra, men informasjon om mulighet for frokost i shopping senteret er misvisende. Restauranten var stengt og vi måtte gå 20 minutter til sentrum av byen for å få frokost. Dette hotellet ligger ikke i sentrum! Innsjekking og koding av nøkler er ikke godt nok beskrevet, så vi fikk heldigvis hjelp. Prisen er alt for høy i forhold til normal hotellpris i området. På regningen fikk vi også ekstra pris for ekstra seng, noe vi ikke hadde bestilt og som ikke fantes. Jeg vil ta dette opp med dere. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet for andre. Beklager!!

Aucune personne pour vous accueillir, l enregistrement se fait via une borne interactive. Impossible pour nous de réaliser Le check out .... on y a passé plus de 30 minutes en vain. Et l enregistrement n est pas aisé non plus... Nous n en gardons donc pas un bon souvenir. A noter qu il y a effectivement des bornes de recharges électriques au pied de l hotel mais ceux ne sont pas des bornes propres au client , mais de différents opérateurs (tesla, ioniry) donc payantes.

I would never stay there again. I’d be happy to pay more so there is a person at the hotel to deal with. There is no luggage storage, if you arrive early and you want to explore the town you have to carry your luggage. No early check in. It was noisy and hot in the room so I had to have the windows open.

Although on the quiet, commercial side of Andalsnes and above a mall, Frich’s is absolutely fine for a night’s stay. I have stayed in far smaller rooms. We even had a view of the mountains and water from our room … if we disregarded the Esso station. LOL. Seriously, it was a good value, the automated check-in worked flawlessly, the room was super clean, and I have no complaints. I was unfamiliar with Frich’s, but I would not hesitate to stay at any Frich’s property in the future.

Pluspunten Kamer en badkamer prima en schoon. Parkeren voor de deur. Zelf inchecken ook prima. Minpunten Koffie en thee matig. Weinig keuze. Geen koelkast in de kamer. Geen ontbijt. Geen thee en koffiefaciliteiten in de kamer. Kastgarderobe niet handig en te laag. Elke keer stoot je hoofd tegen!!!
