The communal areas of the hotel were really nice, and it has a restaurant and pool with a bar onsite. The staff were all super friendly, and there’s a 24/7 reception and security guard outside, so I felt safe. There was no elevator, so carrying luggage to the top floor was hard, and the rooms were a little dated. The AC was really loud too, and wasn’t as cold as it was reading. The pillows were also really lumpy, so could do with being changed out

We had an amazing time here. The staff were absolutely incredible so helpful. They really made our stay. Rooms and breakfast were both really great and the massage was excellent.

The staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. They worked hard at making everything comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were great, the pool was lovely, and the breakfasts were delicious. We also had a fantastic massage experience with Khmer massage. Thank you!

The staff is awesome. However i didn't stay one night there because the lock box was wooden lol and i had a lot of USD i kept with me. I needed a metal safe so i found another hotel the same day. I never requested a refund for the week i didn't stay. Not a problem, the people need the money more than me. I do however go back everyday to bring cat food for the cats and i eat at the restaurant there. The food is really good and worth just going for that.

We had a fantastic time here. The pool is small but lovely. Cllose to the bars and markets and the staff were wonderful. We extended our stay because we had such a wonderful time.

Beautiful quiet property close to market place. However, rooms have 2 or 3 tiny cockroaches sightings.

Lots of mosquito. Breakfast was okay. Not that many varieties. It's cute and lovely. Room is nice with pretty entrance.

Great location, within walking distance of pub street and down town. Also far enough away to not deal with the noise or crowds.

The only thing that stopped me giving 5 star was that WiFi not so great in my room. Probably because of location of room

Hotel é muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso a rua principal [ PUB STREET ], tem um staff incrível, todos educados e afim de ajudar ! A proposta do hotel é entregar um serviço ok por um valor ok, nesse ponto ele entrega sua proposta de valor. O ponto que precisa ser analisado é o mau cheiro do banheiro ! Um pouco desagradável ! Café da manhã justo é uma ótima piscina com serviço de bar !

Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Leider konnte Aircon nicht reguliert werden. Da Feiertag laute Musik bis 1 Uhr und morgens ab 6 Uhr sang der Muezin.
