Small, quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is pretty good, and there is an additional restaurant just down the hill. It is the same menu, but a change of scenery no less.

Likes: very clean, lots of amenities including microwave, staff is very helpful. View is spectacular! Dislikes: mediocre food, small bathroom and excessive water spills from shower onto bathroom floor. Its a 4.5 for me.

Felt very private and the property has fantastic views of Aswan from up top. That said, it also means it's a bit less convenient to get into town especially by foot. The property is also connected to the main Basma hotel slightly down hill which is bigger and busier, so that's both a private and a potential issue for some. But because the Exec Club is more private, service was more attentive and privacy away from heavy traffic was better.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. The location is a little outside of the main area of town, and up a hill, making access to the market tougher (5 min uber). The real complaint is the noise. There was one night where there was a police 'celebration' until 4AM (yes really). This featured loud music and real ammunition being fired off into the sky (yes really). Very noisy.

Les chambres avec vues sur le Nil offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Assouan depuis la coline sur laquelle est construit l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, correctement équipée avec un espace salon et une salle de douche agréables. L'hôtel offre une piscine de taille moyenne mais qui pourra être suffisante lors de grosses chaleurs. Autrement, la piscine de l'hôtel Basma juxtaposée (descendre les petits escaliers communiquant) vous offrir un autre cadre tout aussi agréable. L'offre petit déjeuner est toutefois assez maigre et peut (doit) être revue pour offrir une meilleure expérience. Pour finir, un espace détente en plein air avec sofa est proposé, agréable en fin de soirée après des bonnes visites.

We loved the view over Aswan and the Nile from our hotel room, and our room was nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was good, but not spectacular.

Nice staff here, can help on your requests accordingly. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they’ve helped coordinate. The amenities and room are clean.

Very clean and cozy, nice view and friendly staff

This property is located on top of a small hill in Aswan. The river view from the window is amazing. It’s a new resort which has been operated for three years. The facilities are new and clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the dinner at the pool side. It’s a pleasant memory with my patents. The only thing is that you will have to call a cab if you would like to have meals in Aswan downtown.

Loved the food and how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. An amazing experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Vue incroyable, personnel adorable à nos petits soins (ils ont ramené un gâteau surprise pour l'anniversaire de mon fils), chambre spacieuse et très propre, literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain toute neuve, fruits et pâtisseries nous attendaient dans les chambres, coin piscine très agréable et propre, on en a bien profité aussi... bref, on n'y est resté que 2 nuits mais on y serait bien resté plus longtemps !

The hotel was wonderful! Very pretty, comfortable and peaceful. Everything was organized and clean. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful. Staff offered a good service with a lot of hospitality. The restaurant was big and offered a variety of food to enjoy. Overall the stay was amazing. I highly recommended.

El hotel es muy cómodo y muy lindo, tiene servicio de buffet variada la comida, todo bien salvo su costo por la estancia me pareció exageradamente caro muy alto el costo de lo que pagas por el servicio que recibes considerando la cd de Aswan yo hubiera pagado la mitad del costo que maneja este hotel

Hôtel fonctionnant avec le BASMA "ordinaire", par exemple pour les repas, il faut redescendre à l'hôtel BASMA situé en contre-bas du BASMA CLUB (et donc remonter après...). Assez belle vue sur Assouan et le NIL. Personnel très sympa.
