Amazing place to relax

Service was terrible everywhere. Staff are clearly lacking essential training and management is poor

hotel neuf, propreté irrépprochable, chambre spaciause et confortable, l'hotel se situe en dehors du centre ville de port said , seul point négatif est le manque d'eau chaude dans les sanitaires, sinon très bien

It’s a new hotel with lot of restaurants. Staff very friendly. However the bed sheets were smelling so bad and the toilet wasn’t clean as well.

It is a new and fast growing destination in the middle between port said and domyatt Everything is new and perfect 👌 There is a shuttle bus every 2 hours between the hotel and port said There is a big holiday resort coming soon all around the hotel

اسوء رحله من حيث وجودها خارج مدينه بورسعيد وتعامل الموظفين بداخلها
