Hotel befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Frühstück ist top. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

it was alright

Very basic, seriously no- frills hotel. No coffee, tea, water provided. Housekeeping comes every three days so the hotel guests threw their trash in the outside bin and it was overflowing and foul- smelling in front of the hotel. You had to pay extra if you wanted housekeeping more than every three days. There is no driving up to the hotel entrance, pedestrians only, do you have to walk the length of a block to get to the street for uber rides, etc. The station is too far to walk. It’s a big city with big driving streets, not meant for walking. The location is in the middle of the apartment and hotel area with no shops or restaurants. You have to walk about a mile to get to the shopping area. Very inconvenient location and the staff were stoic and unfriendly to a point I felt intimidated. Every conversation I had was short and explaining rules. We didn’t feel welcomed. I reserved a two bed room but didn’t put the other party’s name so was charged extra upon check in. We checked out early and asked how we should check out and the front desk receptionist informed me that they were staffed 24/7, however there was no one man the front desk upon ckeck out. Definitely not coming back here although it was clean.

The location is excellent—it’s very close to the train station, and it was easy to get to the airport and all the main attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was our experience with the blonde receptionist at the front desk. Unfortunately, her attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which was disappointing. Aside from this, everything else was great, and the rest of our stay was excellent. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Bathroom smelled like sewage.

The room was ok. Smaller than lots of hotels in Europe. The room had two twin beds, 2 pillows, and two sets of towels. That’s it. Water was out of the tab. Coffee and/or tea was for purchase @$4.00. Breakfast was normal Buffett at $18.00. Its closeness to the Vienna central station (10 minute walk) made it easy to purchase food and drink.
