Amazing stay at Amarina Abu Soma

Il soggiorno è stato praticamente perfetto. Il resort è dotato di tutte le comodità, piscine in stato perfetto, spiaggia stupenda. I ristoranti tematici sono buoni, quello principale resta il migliore. La cosa più bella è stato il servizio, tutto il personale ha sempre un atteggiamento cordiale e disponibile, sono meravigliosi. C'è una grande cura per i dettagli e per la pulizia, ci sono tantissime persone che lavorano in hotel, oltre all'all inclusive ci sono tanti cocktail gratuiti, birra e caffè sempre inclusi a tutte le ore del giorno, nella piscina per bambini di pomeriggio offrono gelati e pancakes. Scelto per la vicinanza a Luxor, è stata davvero un'ottima scelta. Le escursioni hanno prezzi leggermente superiori a quelle che si trovano in rete ma sono ottime, quello che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stato il servizio taxi dell'hotel, a prezzi assolutamente onesti. Ottima la navetta aeroportuale. L'unica cosa leggermente negativa è stata l'aria condizionata, anche se è presente ed è funzionante è installata in maniera scorretta a mio parere, arrivava in maniera diretta su uno dei letti e copriva meno altre zone, come quella del bagno. È solo un dettaglio, la nostra vacanza è stata fantastica grazie a tutto lo staff del resort Amarina. Hotel frequentato più che altro da nordeuropei, zero italiani, tutti comunque parlano un ottimo inglese.

everything went well in this resort clean good food and the pool are very nice but there is one accident happen. I will never forget it on the 22 May. They told her they’re gonna have a party in the disco area down. It’s a close area look like a club it was nice every residence went there to enjoy and dance and they bring a dancer and some Brazilian group and for all of a sudden some guys like six or seven guys come nobody know them and they just sit in the table they come from the back door and the employees of the hotel start to act they like own the place they start to bring them alcohol and fruits and anything they need and it was very weird situation and then later the dance start dancing and then they act very weird and drunk and before it’s finished for dance one of them call her and tell her can you go and start talking with the girls and the women to show them how to dance and the main reason of this they just wanna keep looking to girls and women there dancing and they keep laughing and looking into women. It was very weird unprofessional situation. I will never come back here ever again.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean equipped with safety box, water kettle, refrigerator. Breakfast and food was good and a lot of variety. Fresh fish, chicken and meat and many different kind of salads. Wine could have been a bit better. Three special restaurants: Oriental, Italian and Asian. Many swimming pools Nice beach with sun beds Good evening programs: fire show, African acrobatics show and live music. Animation team was great: beach volley, water gym, yoga stretching, dance lessons, aerobics

We had a fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma, the assets of the hotel is its staff. I would like to specifically thank the hotel manager for the improvements of the service and standard of the hotel. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time. Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met. Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food. Abdullah is one of the best gardeners, we love you so much.

It was the best stay ever! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially for people with kids, not for those who want to party all night long. The area is not huge, but enough for evening walks and for all activities. The staff is soo nice, especially Ahmed from reception. He helped with every single thing right away! Cleaning crew, waiters, and animation team-all work so hard and are doing great job every day. The beach is beautiful and clean with spectacular view of the mountains! The property has four restaurants, water park for kids and adults, and performances every evening. We had a blast, and we will definitely will be back to this place again!

Great food and good variety. Friendly, professional and hard working staff. The room was big and comfortable. Easy beach access with a beach bar and snacks bar.

Отдыхала с сыном и нам все очень понравилось. Комната большая с прекрасным видом и кровати очень удобные. Большая ухоженная территория. Огромное спасибо садовникам за их труд. Очень дружелюбный персонал. На пляже всегда есть лежаки. Бассейнов несколько на любой вкус. Море очень чистое и заход в море удобный для детей, а черепашки просто вау. В ресторанах мы всегда находили что то на наш вкус, а супы были особенно вкусные. Хороший тренажерный зал. Минусов нет кроме шумного кондиционера, а так как в Египте без кондиционера никак то ночью было шумновато))

Good location and accomodation BUT very low service level : - waiters and barmans never smile, do not speak english, do not understand orders and often make mistake or forget your order - wine is awful, barmens do not know recipe of basic cocktails (pina colada with cow milk instead of coconut milk ... beurk, cuba libre with caramel taste ...). Then you only drink beer - evening parties are cheap, with always the same music - someone stole my beach towel, and I had to negociate during a long time with the hotel manager to get a new one - air conditioning in the gym room was not efficient, then you sweat, sweat and sweat - only one TV channel in english - food is low level quality : tiny pizza, chemical orange juice, dining room looks like a very noisy giant school cantine, pancakes are not baked enough, deserts do not have any taste, - speciality restaurant : they refuse additional reservation even if the room is half empty. You need to go to the main bar to get beverage as the waiter is not here or has forgotten your order - waiter of the pool snack bar never smiles, does not propose tissue, ketchup or any basic service

Große Anlage mit verschiedenen Pools und direkt am Strand gelegen. Das Housekeeping (durch Omr) war definitiv auf 4,5* Niveau, der restliche Aufenthalt leider maximal am unteren Ende der 4 Sterne. Getränke werden häufig in Einwegplastikbechern serviert, das Servicepersonal wirkte häufig genervt. Die A La Carte Restaurants (orientalisch und italienisch) haben überzeugt. Tägliches Programm mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten (Aqua Aerobic, Mini Disco, Abendprogramm) ist sicher Geschmackssache. Zu empfehlen ist die kleine Shisha Lounge am Ende des hoteleigenen Strandabschnittes!

Very nice place,i like the pools and the aquapark. the staff are very helpful and professional, specially Mr. Mohamed Ramadan in the reception. I highly recommended this place for families, kids and adults will enjoy.

The service is amazing. The entertainment is excellent. There's always something to do and the staff is more than willing to help. But the place is getting old and it's starting to show, perhaps a bit of a renovation would greatly help the appeal. Beach, Aqua park, dancing, endless buffets, great restaurants and great shows every night. As well as free drinks and oduvres with the all-inclusive package. But beware of the staff selling packages around the pool like safari and boat entertainment. Go outside to the market there's a travel office that will sell it to you for half the price. Coming back next year for sure.
