A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Downtown Cairo! I stayed at Arabsque Hotel during my recent trip to Egypt, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure I felt comfortable, gave me great local tips, and were always available whenever I needed anything — whether it was arranging transport, recommending places to eat, or helping with directions. The location is unbeatable — right in Downtown Cairo, walking distance from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. It’s perfect if you want to explore the city on foot or hop into a taxi to nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The AC worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the beds were cozy after a long day of sightseeing. The vibe of the hotel is peaceful and traditional, with charming decor that gives you an authentic Egyptian feel. One thing that really stood out was the rooftop terrace — a great spot to relax, have some tea, and soak in the views of Cairo. I even got to meet other travelers there and share some stories. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, centrally located hotel with genuine hospitality and a local touch, Arabsque Hotel is 100% recommended. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Cairo.

Employees are great, professional, helpful and friendly

I really loved the place, particularly the location because it's exactly located in downtown Cairo. The staff was so friendly and classy and the room was very comfortable and clean, they make sure that the room should be housekeeped every two days and that was nice 🙂. However, I would like to mention two drawbacks, the noice cancelation wasn't that good so you will hear each single car passing through Ramses road, the second drawback is the WiFi internet speed, it was really slow. My overall review is 8 out of 10.

Lights not working, broken chair, nosy room, sticky floor, rusty bathroom, bathroom flash doesn’t stop- could hear the water running 24/7.

A primeira impressão é ruim pois o prédio é velho. Mas ao chegar no sexto andar onde fica a recepção é uma graça. Atendentes maravilhosos e solícitos. Amei ficar aqui.

Does its job. The breakfast is just the lady boiling an egg and a few slices of bread, even then taking over 30 mins. Location is fine, for us it was the place to rest for a few hours after a flight and before getting to a nicer accommodation. Room was clean with basic necessities, the traffic noise was so loud it was hard to get sleep in the morning.

El personal muy simpático, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y charlamos un montón. La habitación esta limpia, el agua caliente funciona, se puede dejar las valijas y pagar con tarjeta.
