Registration was quick. Staff very courteous.

We were very comfortable and the room was clean

The front desk tried to charge me twice and poor customer service. I reserved a room 3 months ago and paid online. Upon arrival the hotel tried to charge me again for the room. I showed the front desk proof of payment on the app and they insisted and argued that payment wasn’t made. We were exhausted from traveling but had to wait for over 45 minutes until they finally found the payment after I contacted Expedia.

Beautiful room, very spacious. Great location if you love a casino literally in your backyard!

Everything was clean and nice and great, except the pillows which is a common hotel problem. Would definitely stay again.

We like this property. Nice, clean, well decorated room. Nice big shower. Free breakfast and coffee and tea wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for cotton, versus polyester, bedding.

Room was clean, and guest service was very helpful.

Not your typical Hilton – very disappointing. Limited TV channels and no option to rent movies. The in-room fridge was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. Check-in staff were rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. We also found a sticky drink spill on the bedside table – clearly not cleaned properly. No room service available either. We’ll be in the area frequently over the next year, but we won’t be returning to this hotel hotel.

Good stay. Would like to see more gluten-free options for breakfast.
