The only negative was there was no a/c in the main living area and kitchen of the cottage. A/c was solely in the bedrooms. It was sweltering hot. Pools were nice. Good eating nearby, recommend Rock Lobster.

It was quiet and safe!

This property have absolutely everything you needed. It is outdated but everything you needed is in the room. The staff is very nice and helpful for all requests. It is a grocery store with duty free drinks right by the entrance. Two pools are clean. Please note that hotel is located on Atlantic site which has A LOT of see weed and the water is rough but you have a frigate strip by 10 min walk from the property that offer public beach with the crystal clear water. Also recommend the other beaches but it will be a cab ride for 25 dollars. Rock Lobster and Boozies restaurant were my favorite and a close proximity. Overall, the stay was pleasurable.

We loved the free style outdoor pool. The landscaping was beautiful.

The hotel is nice but a little outdated compared to others. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning was perfect! There is no bar / shop in the hotel but plenty just outside. I would recommend and stay again.

Excellent location! Nice pools. Good price for the area. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa and it was very nice! Some maintenance is needed on the property but overall it is a nice, budget friendly property that I would return to again.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave a deposit after I paid for the room. However, I did enjoy my staying there!

Swimming pool was perfect and cristal clean

The property does not look like the pictures. It needs a lot of updates. There is no beach on the property like the pictures show, rocks everywhere and no way to get down to the area of the “beach”. The staff were friendly, the pools were nice

This property needs a general renovation. It’s in a very good location but it has never upgrade in over 15 to 20 years. Staying for a night yes but to enjoy a vacation stay, NEVER

Some of the staff were super friendly, but only one lady at the front desk was welcoming every time. The rest of the staff either ignored us or were not pleasant to interact with. There were gentlemen in the courtyard that gave us fresh coconuts as they harvested them from the trees, they were the best experience we had. The Living Room in our Villa did not have an AC unit, so we had to rely on keeping our bedroom doors open to keep the area cool.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and it was nice to have several restaurants close by or within walking distance.

It was quiet and relaxing; dining options in the immediate area for a picky eater was limited... but a wider selection was in walking distance; There is no on site entainment for guest!! Maybe it should be considered to pull the guess together at least once weekly creating exposure for local talent.....

Everything you need close by and the stay with amazing, staff was super helpful and always welcoming.

Really a surprise, it has everything you need, very clean and spaciuos rooms overlooking the ocean, two swimming pools, microwaves and coffee in the room, supermarket available in sorroundings, 4stars out of 5!

Was a fantastic stay again!!!! Great views. Staff was awesome again.
