I do not like the fact $200 is taken as a bond and not returned immediately upon departure.

Property dated but comfortable large rooms and close walk to some good dining options etc.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf die Koombana Bay. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet und ist Ideal für Kurzaufenthalte. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz, ist die Wohnung doch eher teuer für was es ist.

Checked in to find the spa not working again, this would be the third time. Was given a complimentary breakfast only because we complained about not being notified prior to our stay re the spa, as we would of definitely re scheduled our stay as it’s the whole purpose of going there as we enjoy the spa. Breakfast was cold every morning.

Loved the cleanliness of the room , bed linen is always immaculate, staff are polite and welcoming, lovely area, nice and quiet but within easy walking distance to restaurants

Arrived early for a family wedding in Burrakup and they very kindly allowed us to check in early. I’ve only ever had great service and great experiences at this hotel. It’s our definite go to choice of hotel in Bunbury.

Great location, convenient to BREC, foreshore and shops. Accommodation is really good, large rooms and clean.
