Good location and kept very clean with daily housekeeping, but the apartment has a little bit of a damp issue and, while very practical, is more of a base to stop off at, rather than somewhere you would want to spend time and relax.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfortable beds, amazing shower & a well thought out kitchen, which was larger than expected. The stairs were fine, as we only had hand luggage. Cleaned daily by a lovely lady who always had a smile on her face. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Lisbon.

Great location! Many choices for dining. Pack light, 2nd floor no elevator. Cozy and comfortable.

merkeze yakın bir otel. kötü yanı = asansör yok, valiz taşımak zor olablir aklınızda olsun. iyi yanı = mutfak donanımı çok iyi, çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi mevcut. deterjan da vardı :). musluk suyu içilebilir. oda yeterli büyüklükte. resepsiyonu yok, başka bir otelden anahtarınızı alıyorsunuz, o oteldeki görevli de sanırım bundan pek hoşlanmıyor, sorularımıza sert yanıtlar verdi. neyse ki anahtarı almak dışında işimiz düşmedi.

Good location, but the stairs were challenging with a heavy suitcases. Affiliation with sister hotel is great, but not always timely.

Fantastic apartment in a very central location. The street is busy with restaurant and shops, but the traffic and noise dies down around 11p. The morning noise of garbage trucks and other service vehicles was my only complaint. Thia beautiful apartment is a 3 minute walk to Rossio square where you van carch thr Metro or Train. And about 8 minutes form Martim Moniz which is where the iconic tram 28 stop is. Be mindful of the check in instructions. You are directed to contact the property to arrange the check in. I booked this kind of last minute while on a guided tour and I wasn't really checking emails. As an international traveler, I had a data plan, but no pbone service, so I was not able to call the property. I eneded up using a phone at the nearby donut shop, so it a worked out. Also, be mindful that a bolt/uber can not drive down the street. Its really not a far walk, but it through me off at first. I would 1000% stay here again.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver l'adresse, ensuite, le reste c'est bien passé. L’hébergement est bien situé pour les habitués de Lisbonne, on se déplace aisément. Certes, il faut monter deux étages (escaliers un peu raides) mais l'appartement est vraiment très bien. Seul hic, j'aurais bien aimé accéder à des chaînes de télévision françaises (au moins une) puisque nous sommes quand même dans la zone euro, pour ne pas être coupé du monde. J'espère que le Responsable le fera, ayant déjà séjourné dans un de ses établissements par Hôtel.com. Sinon, l'hébergement est très bien.

This is just the perfect location with everything you need inside the apartment and then outside your doorstep as well!

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. It was central to everything and allowed us to catch up on getting our washing done and still go out and explore the area in between loads.

The apartment overlooked restaurant row in the middle of town. It was close to everything and so easy to get to after a long hot day walking all over! The decor of the apartment was so lovely, the bed was comfy, the A/C worked great. We had nice little balconies off of the bedroom and living room and were able to watch the bustle below. It was exceptionally nice having the awesome washer and dryer and we loved the large rain shower. Our host was so nice and responded quickly to all queries. Due to being right above the restaurant area there were some late at night or early morning periods of noise (during deliveries, glass recycling, etc), but it typically did not last long and we were able to sleep well. We thought Lx Flowers was a great value and a perfect place to stay!

Located in the city center, the apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. They provide also breakfast with fresh bread in the morning!

Lækkert værelse og meget centralt. Da vandet gik i 3 timer, kunne det være rart med noget mere info.

Ottimo soggiorno; appartamento pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo gradito moltissimo anche l'ampia scelta proposta per la colazione.
