Sandra som värd var väldigt välkomnande, hjälpsam under vistelsen och svarade snabbt via WhatsApp om det uppstod frågor. Rummet var otroligt trevligt med suveräna bekvämligheter och fantastisk städning varje dag. Boendet ligger perfekt för den som vill ha stadens centrum precis utanför dörren. Det var nära till restauranger och sevärdheterna i Sibenik. Incheckning och utcheckning gick väldigt smidigt och vi fick många bra tips på vad som fanns att göra, vilken parkeringsplats som rekommenderades och bra förslag på restauranger. Det gjorde att man fick en smidig start på vistelsen i den här staden som var ny för oss.

Great location, fantastic owners

We decided to make a quick stop, and found Fenice Palace. Josip greeted us and was very friendly. The location is perfect, and the room was lovely and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der Altstadt Restaurants und der Hafen sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist ein Problem, es empfiehlt sich dringend ein nahegelegenen Parkhaus anzufahren, die 20 Euro sind gut angelegtes Geld. Parkgebühren betragen 1,30 Euro pro Stunde.

Super cute, newly renovated. Downtown area- walkable only. Must park car at nearby parking facility.

Sandra the owner was over and above helpful. She was so gracious about helping us find the apartment location and very personable. She made very good recommendations for restaurants and anything we wanted. Couldn't ask for anything more

Phenomenal. Everything about this place was well designed, immaculate, and in a perfect location. Hosts were delightful and friendly. We absolutely will stay here again any time we are visiting Šibenik in the future.

Small, beautifully restored and upgraded old hotel nestled in a quaint alleyway in an historic part of Sibenik. The room was barely bigger than the King bed, but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Modern, fully upgraded bathroom. No staff on location, so its critical to be in contact with the remote staff for entry instructions.

We stayed at the Fenice Palace for two nights in May and had the most wonderful time. Space: Cosy, lovely and perfect for a couple exploring the beautiful town of Šibenik. Well equipped and really thoughtfully put together with a super comfortable bed, crisp linens and hotel washroom essentials. Location: Tucked away on a gorgeous, historical side street of the old town. Cheap parking just one minute walk away, plus (most importantly) bars, restaurants and shops even closer. Hosts: Sandra and Josip were just wonderful hosts. So kind and helpful with plenty of great advice on how to best enjoy the town and surrounding areas. Had we stayed longer we would have loved to take them out for a drink! We can't wait to come back. Love, Jake and Molly x

The room was very well prepared awaiting my arrival. There was a bottle of complimentary drinking water and a piece of chocolate. The owner checked with me regarding my needs throughout the 5-night stay, ensuring I am taken care off.

The apartment was beautiful, and Josip (the host) was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend Fenice Palace! Small, clean, boutique, lovely atmosphere and Josip & Sandra were very helpful. If i were to come back to Šibenik, i would definitely stay again.

Wondefull place with nice host with ikind attention. Well situated. Only one négative point is the difficulty to Park in Šibenik (but not linked with this appartement).

If you decide to visit Sibenick (and you should), Fenice is an excellent option. It's a great location with friendly & accommodating staff. It was like staying in a cute wine cellar- very small but fine for 2 people .Mentally prepare for tiny spaces before coming to Croatia for the 1st time as this applies to almost anywhere authentic you can stay. I appreciated the good communication, accomodation of all questions, and the little touches like micellar water in the bathroom.

Property was ideal location within walking distance of bus station. Very friendly and helpful host who compensated us immediately for lack of fridge in room. Room was comfortable and idyllic.

An incredible place to stay in Šibenik! Beautifully decorated, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. We got a lovely welcome gift as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!
