Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. We loved the convenience of the gorgeous private beach. The grab and go food and drink options on site were also great. We did have an issue with millipedes in our initial room on the ground floor but the property manager moved us to a different room with no issue. We would 100% stay again.

Excellent property right on the beach, very clean with hard working staff around. It was our wedding anniversary and we had complimentary champagne and strawberries in our room on arrival. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bali Hai! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Everywhere I went, I could see the team working hard maintaining the grounds, keeping everything spotless, and making sure guests were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and offered an incredible view that made the stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is that the hotel is very pet-friendly, which made traveling with my pet stress-free.

Love how personable they made the experience. I shared it was my anniversary and they had a nice card and bottle of wine in the room waiting when we checked in.

I had an oceanfront room for two nights. The view was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed the balcony and sliding glass door that allowed for an unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. The beach was quiet and there was plenty of space between groups of people. Additionally, the pool area was very nicely maintained and decorated. The downside was the outdated room, which again was very nicely decorated, but with old appliances and a general run down appearance. The air conditioning vents consistently had water droplets falling to the floor. I understand I was paying for the view, but it was a lot of money for a room that was run down and outdated.

The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location , and the parking and beach chairs and umbrellas are the plus . I’ll definitely come back .

Left a few things in the room and cleaners stole them day of leaving unless the maintenance men went in the room and fancied my make up bag or my bikinis I’d left on balcony. When I realized I’d left them 1 hour later I called the hotel and they said nothing had been left in the room so I went and talked to the girl at the reception dark long hair and was not helpful at all. Seems like an ongoing thing happening at this resort looking at the reviews. Catarina who works at the front desk was awesome first day we arrived. Disappointed and will not return due to stolen items

Very nice hotel right on the beach with a lovely pool and close to many restaurants. Just an FYI the photos on Hotels.com show the rooms with balconies but only a few do have that amenity and it is at a higher cost per night. If that is important contact the hotel prior to booking to confirm the balcony. Also, if you are sensitive to scented soaps and shampoos - bring your own as the one's in the hotel have a very masculine scent and although my husband loved it.... me not so much.

Stay in room 10 beachfront. May 28 - Jun 2, 2025. First night door get jammed could not get out. (Big safety issue) Maintenance had to open. The stove had only one working burner. Room was filthy and in need of updates.

Beautiful room, it was clean and had everything we needed. The attendant at the front desk was really nice and sweet and helpful and so were the other employees. It was right on the beach. They gave us complimentary drinks at the bar which was amazing! Would come back again.

We return to this hotel whenever we can. My family loves its proximity to the beach and the friendliness of all the staff. If you're ever there, be sure to try the lounge drinks, made with great care. Thaís at the front desk was incredible, as was her co-worker. I don't remember her name exactly, but I think it was Adriana (a Brazilian from Brasília). In short, this hotel won our hearts.
