We have visited before and we continue to enjoy our stays at this property!

Clean.

The hotel itself is clean. Bed Linens and towels were really bad, old and dingy. Could actually see through the sheet… creepy. Would I stay there again? Eh… maybe

The room was very clean and the customer service was good

Beautiful lobby smelled so clean the rooms were quiet and very comfy the pillows were a little flat but that’s all that can really be complained about the property and parking was super nice and convenient and right off the highway recommend for anyone needing a weekend getaway or a long trip

Room was clean very nice But there really isn’t a lot to do or restaurants to go to close to the hotel

not so good, stains all over, staff was very rude!

No towels, water was brown due to so called work being done in the area. Screaming kids til after midnight. Pool was disgusting the water was green. Couldn’t smell any chlorine. I’d never stay here again

Clean rooms and kind staff. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The shower was amazing. The heated pool was a very nice feature. The breakfast was average and the beds were average.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I like the fact that they had updated tvs where you could stream and listen to pandora!

WiFi was out for the whole property, my sink wouldn’t drain and my light didn’t work next to the bed.

Conveniently close to Wings Event Center where I was a vendor.

We came home to find we were double charged. So frustrating!

All was a very nice experience the only draw back was the continental breakfast was a disappointment BUT will come back

Poor service at the front desk and breakfast bar - almost no food stocked whatsoever for breakfast and when staff was finally located by the many guests waiting for continental breakfast she was rude. Toilet in the room was not clean. Limited amenities, no water or coffee in the room.

Absolutely, wonderful clean place to stay my bathroom was huge One note from one handicap to another as extra towels, they can put on the floor that bathroom is slippery like you wouldn’t believe I had to go from the shower over to the toilet and it was very frightening. There’s no handicap rails in the middle of the room so you gotta be exceptionally cautious.
