My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!

Enjoyed the establishment and room very much and breakfast was included. Both Japanese or American style breakfast options.

I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay.

Very unique experience! We’d never done a love hotel before and I can tell you this place lived up the hype. Staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was meticulously clean. For the price you really can’t beat the spaciousness of the rooms. Would definitely book again!

The hotel is made for a sensual night in Machida and the room is fantastic for a sensual experience, as well as a good night's rest.

I liked how easy it was to make a reservation and to check in because the staff knew some English. My only caveat was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. But they had air freshener bottles to spray available in the room. They had all the amenities you could possibly need. Would definitely book again.

中途半端なシティホテルなどに泊まる10倍快適です。 部屋は広く清潔感があり、お洒落。ご飯も下手な外食より種類も多く美味しいです。 今回ひとつ残念なのは、ご飯が到着した際にパスタが完全に冷めてました。持っていくのを忘れてたんですかね？？

受付の対応も気持ちよく、フロントのサービスも良くて驚きました。 館内は清潔感があって、快適に過ごせました。 また利用してもいいなと思いました。
