Lovely, if a little old fashioned, but then that added to the charm! Ideal for our festival visit!

Location is great for being in the center of the tourist area. It’s among restaurants, shops and right by the boat access area. They do a self check in/out so there might not be someone there. Our room was comfortable. Carpet seems a bit old but possibly they stay with it to help with noise? You are able to hear the people in adjacent rooms but it’s not bad. We only ate dinner here one night and the food and service was good. Prices very comparable or better. I’d recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Mosel und Weinberge hat uns entschädigt.

Völlig in Jahre gekommen. Wie eine Pflegeeinrichtung. Frühstück lieblos präsentiert und niedrige Qualität.

Äldre hotell som behöver en uppfräschning. Maskinell incheckning och ingen reception ger ett opersonligt intryck. Dock fanns trevlig personal tillgänglig och gav ett bra bemötande. Rummet har gamla heltäckningsmattor som ger ett mindre fräscht intryck. Hotellet Ligger bra vid floden och finns parkering på gatan. Stort plus till hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet var ok. Tragiskt att man lägger en 79 årig gäst och en annan gäst med rörelsebegränsning på 6e våningen med trappa sista våningen. Personalen hade varit trevligare om de inte vakat över gästerna som hökar. Parkering fanns men man fick köra runt hela stan och sedan gå ner för en brant backe i ca 10 min. Inte lika roligt uppför med bagage.

Locatie schitterend. Ontbijt uitstekend. Wij hadden een kamer zonder airco op het 5de verdiep net onder het dak, waardoor het te warm was om van een goede nachtrust te kunnen genieten.

Room was nice but very hot no air conditioning just a small floor fan.

Hade önskat en receptionen där man checkat in, det var själv check-in där vi blev visade hur man skulle påbörja det. Översättningar till engelska fanns vilket var ett stort plus! Mysig miljö, trevlig uteplats och väldigt centralt. Långt bort att parkera och det var stadens egna betal parkering vilket är ett minus.

オンラインでのチェックインを前提としており、スタッフがいる時間である夕方６時迄にチェックインをしないと、戸惑う事になりそう。チェックイン後も６時以降はスタッフに連絡を取れないので、部屋の温度調整や湯沸かしの提供依頼は、Expedia経由となった。ただし翌朝のスタッフ出勤後に直ぐ対応してもらえた。モーゼル川の流れを見ながらの朝食は素晴らしかった。

Il y a un ascenseur, mais malheureusement il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'Hôtel. The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!

We were very happy with our stay, the room was clean, the beds good, the balcony was absolutely super. Some noise at early evening but otherwise quiet. Very helpful manager and we were well looked after. Happy to recommend the place.

Rented what appeared to advertise river view with balcony Only to have it be a small window only This is very expensive too gor area So unhappy I left with no resolution and rented another room in Sehl Very disappointed all around Stay somewhere else!

The check-in was easy. The river view room was amazing! Good breakfast. Great drinks. Overall the perfect spot on the river!
