Location to Malecon, beach and great restaurants was perfect. Mango Beach Club very close by. The staff is very kind and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed with amenities.

Very clean room, staff was fabulous, service great, especially at the pool. Only suggestion is whole grain toast at breakfast.

The hotel fell down in numerous ways and is not even a 3 star. It is not really beachfront with two buildings and many power lines and cables blocking the sea view. Breakfast was skimpy with only one main menu item generally allowed and a complete breakfast requiring further payment. Pool was small and did not have adequate lounge chairs and umbrellas. Balcony suffered from light pollution with a bright porch light having no turn off switch. Would not stay here again.

Staff are excellent! Check in was an absolute breast and pleasure! They are a well oiled establishment!

Decent breakfast. Beautiful ocean view. The hot tub was out of service for my whole stay.

Clean, comfortable room in good condition with nice bath and shower, the kitchenette is a very nice perk, filtered water free of charge, awesome rooftop pool with a very good bar/grill, delicious complimentary made to order breakfast. The staff is super friendly. I liked the central location - very walkable to the malecon and shopping, restaurants and bars. The beach is ok, and it's right there and as others have noted you can hear the waves. If you want a better beach experience you can Uber easily. I didn't think it was too weird to dispose of the paper in the waste basket instead of flushing. I'd rather have a working toilet! All-in-all a great experience and I would stay here again.

From my 13-year-old son Henry: My family and I loved this hotel the service was amazing. I want to make a special shout out to Hector he provided the best service i have had in a hotel ever he deserves a raise or a promotion he puts in the extra work is extremely kind and has provided us with the best local spots, went out of his way to get us food and water from nearby markets multiple times and stayed past his shift to help us find places and things to do during the nightlife not only the amazing service this hotel has great food drinks and amenities highly recommended. Clemente and Miguel provide amazing service at the pool and made our stay fantastic recommend

It was a fine hotel. They give you chairs and an umbrella for the beach. There is no saved area on the beach. You have to carry everything and set it up. They only have chairs. Nothing you can lounge on. Everything was clean, but dated.

We had an excellent stay overall. Our room was large and had decent views of the ocean. Partially obstructed with some buildings and cables. Staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was surprisingly good. We enjoyed sipping margaritas (which were excellent) while watching the sunset over the ocean and listening to live music (which is there on Friday 4-6pm) The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space. One downside was that the immediate vicinity around this hotel is a bit crowded and noisy and unplanned. This isn’t a hotel with a grand lobby or extensive facilities. This is a hotel with comfortable functional rooms, good views and centrally located.

The beds were comfortable. The restaurant/bar across the street was blasting loud music until 1am which we did not appreciate. The pool area was nice but very loud from the music they played and the kids playing in the pool. Breakfast was good.

The Grand Paramar was great. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. The location was fantastic. We highly recommend it.

The staff was great Francisco & Hector very willing to assist!! The room was cleaned by Rosie was excellent! It would be nice for them to really enforce the noise The people across our room was constantly having visitors knocking on the door and playing loud music as late as 3 in the morning. Other than two nights of that it was great
