We scheduled for an airport shuttle. After checking out, we enquired about the shuttle, Aya the receptionist said the car and driver were outside . Stood outside for a while, no driver, we went back inside, she said the driver was coming, after however long this was (probably 20 minutes) we were told that there was No fuel in the car and so they need to go buy fuel. We asked how long, she said maybe ten minutes. From the lack of interest, we decided to order a ride (yango) to take us to the airport. Secondly, I didn’t have t roll in my room for two days. I stayed for three. On my last day my key card wasn’t working, I went down for the same Aya to activate it, she said she had, only to go back upstairs and it wasn’t done. I needed to go back downstairs luckily I met a member of staff who opened the doors for me and took my key downstairs to get it reactivated

Helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Parking a bit difficult. Gym room needs better AC. Very clean room. Bathroom well furnished. Breakfast is excellent.

I pay king bed double rooms they give me 2 twin beds and my room was not the room I paid for it

I do not like to add bad reviews but I booked this hotel whose rate was more expensive than similar hotels in the area because it offered free airport shuttle although despite confirming my flight details in advance twice with the reception desk, there was no body to pick me up on arrival. So I had to get a taxi and pay extra USD 45 for the ride, so my stay was quite more expensive than expected and I felt very disappointed with the service received.

Ivotel has done some great upgrades to the rooms, they are well sized and comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate with all the options that you might like. I was on the 9th floor and although this provided a great view the Wifi/Internet connectivity was poor to non existent and there were more than one or two cockroach's in the room.

Impressive accommodation but they were renovating; and the noise was a disturbance when they’re working but apart from that it was a fun stay

Not recommended, as no support from staff, ac was making noise for all days during my stay and no response from reception, even can not able to make call to reception from room. Water from bathroom comes put while taking bath

Great place to stay. Loved the breakfast and dining options. Very quiet room, clean amenities. Liked the room layout. Only couple reasons why I didn't give a 5/5 are that room service is not complimentary (had to pay 1,000 xof), and an attitude from the male receptionist I asked a question to in the evening. Un personnel très sympathique, malheureusement entre les travaux dans l’immeuble et des soucis d’aération, de manque de papier … frigo HS qui coule dans la chambre … bref je pense que les travaux les a pas mal handicapés ! Mais ne louez pas de chambre quand il y a ce genre de travaux !!!!
