worst check-in experience of my LIFE. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN an if Expedia uses vendors like this my experience with Expedia is also OVER. Virtual check in didn’t work. Waited and called and texted for two hours. Finally met rep with keys but she couldn’t even speak English. Check in texted the following day after I had checked out asking where to meet to get access.

Booking this location you must be teck savvy but the location is so worth it .. and if your willing to jump theu the many many hoops. The unit is adequate but needs some updating. Price point is excellent for rhe lux neighborhood. I will book again. Its worth the hoops.

We paid for this hotel including the cash (PayPal) security deposit. We followed all conditions to get into the property. We waited nearly 90 minutes in the lobby with promises that someone was on their way. No one ever came. Our last email from them was ‘what time are you arriving?’ We were not able to stay here because we couldn’t wait longer (tickets to a play and dinner plans) and they wouldn’t meet us after ten pm to get a key. They still have not offered a refund. (Security deposit was returned). Terrible terrible communications. Do not stay here. We booked at another hotel in Toronto - the Chelsea (which was lovely). But our weekend turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. Do not stay here.

L'enregistrement a pris plus de 2 heures pour avoir quelqu'un qui s'en vient pour ramener les clés. Les instructions de l'arrivé n'étaient pas décrites dans l'offre et ils était envoyé la journée même alors que j'étais sur la route. Une exigences de dernière minutes de faire un dépôt de sécurité de 500CAD plus transmettre une copie de pièce d'identité. Il y a eu possiblement une fuite d'eau qui nous a obligé à passer la mope à chaque fois que nous rentrons et avant de sortir. J'ajoute que c'est pour 3 personnes pas plus comme c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. L'ambiguité de la communication et des instruction m'a coûté un PV pour le stationnement que je croyais inclus dans la location. Si vous êtes avec des enfants éviter cet endroits. C'est le pire séjours de ma vie. Le seul point positif c'est le quartier que j'ai aimé.

Appart-hôtel commode et bien situé mais le confort moyen. Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables et la literie qui ne donnait pas envie de dormir dedans. L’appart a besoin d’entretien : miroir cassé, armoires décollées. L’accueil aussi a été moyen. Pas de réponse aux numéros de téléphone qu’il fallait appeler avant d’arriver mais une correspondance par courriel qui a fonctionné. Il a fallu attendre une personne qui nous a remis les clés. Vous devriez avoir un système de réception autonome avec des codes d’accès.

Everything was great, except the tv did not work during our stay.

The view was great! Everything else was lacking. There was damage to the room that we had to send photos so we weren’t. the dryer didn’t work. All the linens were hanging in the closet, damp except for one bath towel and one hand towel each. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told that it is only supplied for the first day of our trip. If that had been clear, we would’ve bought toilet paper when we went to the store, but it wasn’t, so we didn’t. Yes, we broke a glass. We didn’t think that with all the inconveniences we were not screaming or complaining about: no one could explain the thermostat to us, made us think that maybe they wouldn’t actually charge us for the glass. It’s not the amount: it was $10. I feel like we were being as accommodating as we could, and I think you could’ve been accommodating as well. Frankly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if you would’ve handled it better.

Great location, Building Nice, Concierge Polite. The unit is tired, Cracked Glass in Kitchen, Microwave Door wouldn't open, Kitchen cupboards in really bad shape. No TV in Living area. Global Stay asked for vehicle info then offered no parking. Clear Direction re Check - in and Check - out could have been better.

Great location

This place is poorly managed. Can’t get anyone on the phone with any real authority. Place was dirty. Sheets in the dryer. Moody smell. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty carpets that need replacing. Cleaning supplies left in closet. Checking in you have to awkwardly coordinate via email or WhatsApp and then a lady meets you on the lobby to give you keys who doesn’t really speak English. Any complaints during your stay will go without being addressed . It anything it will be after. We stayed twice because I wasn’t able to get a refund . All their replies are nonsense as you can tell by the SAME complaints still being made/ The ONLY thing good about this place is the location. Honestly spend an extra few bucks a night and stay somewhere else. This is NOT worth it. Anyone who has written 5 stars are delusional or have extremely low expectations.

The bed was up against the wall making it very difficult for one of the persons to get in or out of the bed as the area was confined. We had trouble with the key and no help was available until I threatened a bad review . We could not lock our door that night

I loved the area and the hotel. It has a gym and the property was very clean. It was so easy to book an UBER or just walk to the local restaurants or bars, so no need for a rental. The only complaints that I would have is the mattress was sagging to middle and needs to be replaced. Also, although the light in the bathroom was beautiful, it was dim and hard to do makeup. I would suggest some USB electrical outlets so people have access to charge their belongings. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Nice and convenient apartment in a very good part of town.

No WIFI, no TV chanels. No hand soap. Shower gel hiden in the bathroom cabinet with other cleaning chemicals. Loundry machine full of linen from previous costumer, do not know if it was clean or not, could not put the towels, we used, to wash it Moldy smell of “ clean” towels in the washroom.

This hotel asks for a security deposit through paypal and doesn’t let you cancel the reservation which made things suspicious, but I got my deposit back so I was relieved. The area is super nice. When I got to the room, there were wet bedsheets hanging in the closet and there was also wet towels and stuff in the laundry, which caused a bad smell. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

Was perfect for our trip. The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.

Lo.unico que no me gusto es que a mi nadie me entrego la propiedad ,no me explicaron nada y el departamento reñía sus fallas en falta de focos ,no servia el refrigerador ,etc etc
