Utrolig fin resepsjon og generelt standard på hotellet / rommene. Høy takhøyde, men romslige bad og fin utsikt. Veggene er ikke helt lydtette, men vi var heller ikke plaget med det. Resepsjonisten sa at det er en rooftop område hvor man kan sitte, men etter at restauranten er åpen på kvelden, kommer man seg dessverre ikke inn. Det var utrolig varmt inne på rommet med AC, men jeg forstod ikke helt at bryteren ikke er temperatur men bare en bryter for av og på.

Veldig bra hotell. Moderne, rent og fint, med god frokost i skybaren i 12 etasje med utsikt over byen fra balkonger på to sider av baren. Trivelig betjening i frokostsalen.

Colazione, all ultimo piano, perfetta... Mancano, a mio avviso, ciabatte da camera e buste per biancheria sporca.

Great location, clean rooms and a nice skybar. We had some issues with our room key cards, but received a traditional key which worked well. The only real problem was that the AC wasn't on yet, so we had to sleep with the window open since the weather was very warm and nice during our days in the city.

The first night we checked in, the room had a leaking toilet, non- stop, loud water flow. It took 3 hours for the receptionist to come check the situation, find another room for the same rate. We couldn’t pack while waiting to change a room. The new room has an unfinished cement ceiling, and a water dripping sound in the ceiling above all night long.

Joli, mais dans la chambre ił manquait de la vie (couleur /déco), le sol était étrange, on dirait en plastique. Il n’y avait pas de après shampoing, mouchoirs et l’eau était payante. Pour ce standard j’attendais plus. On the rooftop there is the bar, but you need to book first and it is easily full on weekend nights.

Rooms are a little bit noisy, too hot in the room, bed not very comfortable. Hotel restaurant very expensive. Room maintenance not top for a 4 star hotel. Nice view from the top roof.

J'avais effectué une réservation non remboursable pour deux nuits. En raison des conditions météorologiques à Bucarest, mon vol au départ de Paris a été annulé. J'ai demandé à l'hôtel de reporter ma réservation, mais ils ont refusé. C'est la première fois qu'un hôtel aussi réputé ne fait preuve d'aucune flexibilité.

Rooftop restaurant for breakfast very good, staff very friendly and good quality food. Some of the hotel exterior looking tired and room amenities pretty basic.

Mes voisins étaient très bruyants la première nuit jusqu’à 1h du matin! Obligé d intervenir ! Puis pas d eau chaude le lendemain soir ni de savon ! Pour le reste petit déjeuner correct et literie et oreiller au top

Dejligt hotel med fin beliggenhed

This lovely hotel boasts two amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar with excellent views. The staff is friendly, and the location is great. However, the only downside is the lift. It’s incredibly slow, and I once got suspended inside, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

El hotel está muy bien, tanto servicios como las habitaciones. Tienen 10 plazas de parking en a pie de calle que va muy bien si llevas coche. Está retirado del centro para ir andando pero un Uber cuesta 4 euros.
